Jacksonville: American Light Super Cruiser 1945 is based on the project envisioned a formidable light cruiser armed with fifteen 152 mm dual-purpose guns, representing a theoretical advancement of the Worcester class. In the early 1940s, the United States explored designs for vessels equipped to combat high-altitude aircraft. Among the armaments contemplated were 152 mm dual-purpose guns mounted in triple-gun turrets, a concept that never progressed beyond the planning stages.

Hmm, Worchester is one of my favorite ships so this is interesting to say the least. One thing is the modeling though, the turrets look as if they were hammered out in a civil war boiler yard, you'd think they'd be a bit sleeker.

Why does everyone pronounce "Worcester" (as in MA) as if it rhymes with "rooster"? It should be pronounced "wuss-ter" -or "wuss-tah" ...

Cause it is a stupid word. Every Language has these strange words, wich are spoken or written in an unlogical manner. So no wonder that many people struggle with it. Especially if English is not your first language.
And... then it depends on where these words are used. With all the dialects, there is always room for confusion.

Because it's American. If it's American, British, or Soviet it will out perform the Japanese even if it rips their own ship design. Don't know if anyone else noticed this, but this is essentially a Super Mogami minus the torps and secondaries, slower rudder, but way better AA. And yes, this should've been the Yodo. Except with longer reload for balance, say 8.5 seconds....
Yodo was supposed to be an alternative Zao, just for the light cruiser side of the tech tree. Whereas Zao is good at medium range, Yodo ahs to play further to keep from getting nuked. Thus rof and pen/fire chance need to be on point to make it worthwhile to play. Of course, Wargaming didn't do that, even as it faked everyone into thinking they were making Yodo a real contender with 18 guns. Should've got 18 Mogami 155's dual purpose with Mogami's damage and fire chance with Mogami's reload of 10 secs min, 8.5 seconds maximum.
