The only Chapter that specifically had bunch of Librarians as their Chapter Master too, with Librarians being disproportionately high in contrast to their regular Battle Brothers. Compared to Blood Angels that had Mephiston as their Chapter Master during Dante’s absence, it was only just a temporary measure and not a permanent one, unlike in Blood Raven’s cases where they had a lot of Librarians as their Chapter Master on previous occasions. (It’s different when compared to Grey Knights since, they are on a league of their own)
One of the neat parts of the Minotaur chapter is that the Chapter master has been killed several times but keeps popping back up. No one knows for sure if it's the same guy or not because they keep using the same name.
Actually Kardan Stronos is the opposite of what you said. He is trying to teach his chapter that cold and calculating ways is not the way. He is trying to make his chapter to embrace being human rather than being cold machines........come on dude don't do that to my favorite chapter master
That makes Stronos one of the best CM in the setting, the big problem being that most Iron Hands books suck, and GW don't seem to care to treat them right

Small correction on the Crimson Fist segment, the orks themselves didn’t destroy the Fortress monastery, instead it was one of the chapters own missiles which malfunctioned mid launch and turned back around into the monastery, detonating the munitions and annihilating 600 marines in the process
Fun fact about Tyberos - he is so big, even in comparison to other Space Marines, that he has been mistaken for a statue, regular Terminator armour was too small for him so he wears a modified set (the exact details are highly debated so I'm just gonna avoid it), and his weapons - Hunger and Slake are a lot more than Power Claws. They're also chainsaw fists. So he can either slash you with the claws or rip you apart with wrist mounted chainsaws. Most art you see of him is fan-made so his actual size is not truly known, all we know is that he is big.

At least 12 chapter master were killed, only 4 of them named: -Follordark of Angel Excelxis, he and entire chapter were wiped out by Tyranid in Void Battle -Sentor Jool of Knight of blood a renegade chapter but return, were sent to defense Baal Primus (1 of Baal's 2 moons), his entire Chapter were wiped out when the Daemon attack, he himself was killed by the greater Daemon Ka'banda -Kaan was the Chapter master of Carmine Blades, he died while defending the Astropathic Choir -Zargo of the Angels Encarmine died while denfending Blood Angel's fortress. At least 8 chapters were wiped out in Devastation of baal: burning blood, brothers of Jarad, Angels glorius, Angels Excelxis and 4 unknown The survive chapters were reduce to less than half of their numbers, few of them decide to disband and rejoind the rank of Blood Angels
