If you enable USB Debugging and recognize your computer, you can turn it on without a power button by holding the volume button when you plug it in. Then, you use fastboot restart to turn on the phone. Also keep double-tap to wake on your phone to turn on the screen and an overlay that allows you to put the phone to sleep. I don't remember if you use the volume up or down, but it's the one that DOESN'T take you to the boot menu.
I gotta say I'm impressed unfortunately still have a few wifi connection bugs were I have to reset the phone to get it to pickup the router but everything else is awesome so I'll live with it until a upgrade fixes it

They could make the air duct water-tight from the inside, making some sort of a tunnel where water could come in, go through the tunnel over the fan, and out the other way, without making any damage.. That would also make it a water-cooled phone. But more importantly, water resistant.
That would not work the fan needs the space to work properly please think of all things and the tunnel would be good if it sucked the water in otherwise it won't work and where would the water go

I have the Redmagic 6S Pro and I love it. It's the best phone I ever had. Very well built and it has everything I ever need. Very powerful phone and can last for years.

Also, for those concerned about dust particles in the fan, I work 6 days a week on an industrial saw cutting enough wood daily to build a whole neighborhood, and the dust causes zero problems for the fan.

What if channel for moving air is completely isolated from other compotents and only has the metal for cooling. So we isolate the cooler and we have (if the rest of the phone is isolated) a phone that can do both air cooling and water cooling.

I was having a very important video interview, when my pixel 3 said it was getting hot and will start reducing functions. One of those functions being cell signal and wifi... Needless to say, it took about 5 minutes to cool down and restart my phone. We were able to continue the interview, but without video. I didn't get the job BTW

air duct and blower chamber is sealed and isolated from phone internals, metal radiator is touching CPU area but that's all phone is still water tight
