Rich Mullins on Failure, Regret, & Going Home (1997)

So someone asked me to put this together a while back and I only just recently got around to doing it.
This is from one of the last concerts Rich did, just 5 weeks before his death. It's hard to understand what is being said in the recording, so I started transcribing it until I realized there is already a transcript of the concert online, though it is incomplete in some places and I can no longer find it. So this is the best I could do.
It was also a great reminder for me how God isn't waiting to rub our noses in our failures. I hope you're moved in the same direction.
