I’ve been incorporating this into my workout routine, 2 days full body workouts at the gym of my own routine and 1 day of this workout which gets me 3 full body workouts a week, since incorporating this workout into my routine, I’ve gotten stronger in the gym and my endurance is better and my core has gotten stronger. This workout really challenges me and is great for conditioning, and explosive strength. Thanks for doing these workouts!

Brilliant workout! Just couldn't do the leg lift with weight as I couldn't keep it there so I switched to ankle weights instead which was much easier to manoeuvre. Thanks Dan!

Did this back to back with the previous full body workout and it makes for a seriously metal hour of exercise! The detail oriented pace and sequencing with the dropsets really encourages that mind to muscle connection when training which I especially enjoy. Get to activate that pump 💪🏼

So, I was all geared up and pumped to start with the workout, As soon as I hit 50% mark, I was kind on tired and was nausea all of a sudden. I hit pause and could not continue with other 50% mark. Now I feel demotivated that I could not hit another 50% mark. Please help me with this. (I am 110kgs & 6'2") NOTE : Your workouts are really great and very smooth. I can also follow each step without another glance at it. Thumbs up to that!!

Great question! My favorite bodyweight exercises for maximum results are burpees (any kind), mountain climbers, push ups, switch lunges, and squat variations. For dumbbell exercises I love thrusters, makers, snatches, lunges, and squat variations. Tough to narrow it down, but you can never go wrong with essential lifts. The exercises you see often on IG and TT look cool, but if you want results then keep it simple and work through the basics.
Ask for help to make a video of Bodyweight exercise and Dumbbell exercise for forearms, biceps, triceps, shoulders, traps, neck, back, lats, chest, abs, lower back, obliques, upper abs, lower abs, glutes, hips/kegels/pelvic, waist, hamstrings, quadriceps, thighs and calves... and also ask for help making a video of exercises for finger, sole feet, palm and exercise for symmetrically slant the body such as shoulders, face and other body parts. For dumbbell exercises I love thrusters, makers, snatches, lunges, and squat variations.
Tough to narrow it down, but you can never go wrong with essential lifts. The exercises you see often on IG and TT look cool, but if you want results then keep it simple and work through the basics.
