The last workout in the finisher made my heartrate beat so fast OMG😂. The first workout in the upper body circuit almost made me cry🤭🤣🤣🤣. Thank you Dan❤

Guys these workouts are not really good if you're looking for hyperthropy because of the high rep count. If you're looking to get a bigger body, work with 6-12 reps with heavy weights
This is definitely not a bulking workout -- might be on the wrong channel if that's what you're going for. High reps for building strength and muscle tone.
Sundays and Thursdays are optional rest days. We do post ab workouts on those days that you can follow along with that will still allow your body to rest.
