Upon today, it`s my halfway of program, I jump to upper-body parts for 2 days due to minor pain on my waist because I`ve never concentrate workout on my waist.your video is simple but incredible, plain but practical. Now my pain has disappeared and ready for the second half. Though less than 1000 "likes" from the screen, but 1 billion "likes" in my heart.

These drop set dumbbell workouts are your signature style.. You always clap at the end of every circuit which motivates me to push my limits.. The best always comes at last and at 35:31 the best part of this workout starts.. god bless that fur angel and thank you sir for the efforts you are making for us
So my son and I did this together today. Both fighting thru illness to feel the burn. Only problem is how to grip the dumbbell on the single dumbbell curls. Can't do both hands together
