If I had to describe Dan, it would be Burpees Fluffers/Sissers Combined with creativity Plank Jacks + Shoulder Taps Inventiveness Great finishers Lasting, there are exercises that really make your muscles ache.
Hey Dan - when you do knee drives, are you standing perpendicular to the floor, or angled forward or back? Either way, it hurts, but I'd like to follow you
First set of 1/2 burpees turned my legs jello, the succeeding sets made me want to just lie down and sleep. Pished through anyways but dropped countless of F bombs along the way😂

Let's do some usual training with weights and I'll throw some 1/2 burpee in between Sorry that wasn't enough, let's put some mountain climbers and spider climber I think I went soft let's finish with a 2:00 finisher since you were able to do all that easily I was thinking about cleaning my floor, now all I have to do is wipe it.
