That's hands down one of the best full body workouts I've challenged myself to, loving the isometric exercise, really allows you to focus on and not be led by one side. Feeling great after that one Dan!

Actually, there is no new movement, the movements we know, pulls, pushes, etc. But the flow in your videos and the way you present these ordinary movements to us are different from many sports videos on RUclips.
