Sorry to correct you, but it was Lily, one of the Governor's people that killed Lori in the comics. The same character who kills the Governor in both the comics and the show
Lilly from TV show was sort of a remix of Lilly Caul and April Chalmers from the novel series.
andrea was a lot more likable in the comics. somewhat seems like they split her into both michone and sasha to make up for her.
The show did her dirty. I don't know why they'd do that. Probably some dei crap.
I'd love to see a governor comparison between comics and TV show! And love these kind of videos man!
As much as I like Carol, I believe that the show should have killed Carol and kept Andrea. My reasoning being that we didn’t see the badass side of Carol until S4 but they were already in the process of developing Andrea throughout s1 and 2. Andrea and Michonne could have found their way to the Governor but instead of having Andrea fall in love she leaves with Michonne and they kill the Governor’s men who tried to ambush them. Shortly after they find their way back to the prison and tell the group about Merle being alive then the story goes from there. Andrea had potential to develop into a witty badass but she was ruined. The show could have also tried to do a small love triangle thing if they wanted to. Carol going out how she did in the comics would have been quite fitting for her character at the time anyways. In short, Andrea could have turned into what Carol became in the later seasons.
Carol also wanted Rick and Andrea to start a harem with each other.
Please do a Governor comparison. :)
I don't get the hatred for Andrea
Yeah she did some dumb decisions but none of them were outright malicious, she had everyone's best interest in mind and even turned against the Governor when it was clear how unhinged he was even if it meant putting herself in danger.
Is she anywhere near my favourites? Not at all, but I think there are far worse characters than her
I mean, she did shoot Daryl thinking he was a walker and if he was, she was still wrong for doing so, because one: she wasted precious ammo and two: the sound could've drawn more.
She does try to enable a teenage Beth to kill herself. I'd call that pretty malicious.
Bro I don't understand this moment Andrea supposedly had with Rick i never felt anything romantic between them .. are we talking about when she wanted to get that necklace for herr sister and she says theres a cop staring or looking at me ?! I just felt an awkwardness because i mean yea he was a cop other than that her acting was horrible she always sounded out of breath as if that was her acting in a nut shell . When amy died and they did the camera angle and Andreas fave was looking down wile trying to cry bro lol i couldn't take her seriously and the boat talking about knots omg !! I would have killed her off to idk if it was for shock factor or her terrible acting
