    My uncle used to tell me California was the land of fruits and nuts, and that was just the people (he was from Sacramento). I always imagined a west coast brisket to be fruity and nutty...LOL Looked good CJ!

      Yep, I say that at the end. But it’s worth it. I wanted that birria flavor. It was more of an experiment. But tuned out great. I like bark though, so not sure I’d do it the same way again.
