And I found spina bifidq from L3 to L5 with Disc dessication reduced height of L4/L5 intervertebral disc with hypoplastic left pedicle of L5 narrowing the left neural foramen indenting the left L4 exiting nerve root. Nerves becoming weak. Please sir guide and tell remedy(like Excercises ,Medicines, )for this Disc dessication and compression.
