One thing that nobody seems to mention is that you cannot have high quality audio if you use the microphone. That is even if you use the headset wired (not using Bluetooth).

Hi, nice video. I have one question, I don't know if you can answer it. Is it necesary to install the software in order to be able to use the ANC technology?

No software is needed. The software is used to do firmware upgrade etc.

Wow, the Voyager Focus 2's plastic is weaker?! That is unfortunate because the 1 was horrible. It kept cracking and breaking! Very shoddy material. Thank you for the video though.

@@PKShiu Thanks for the reply. 2 questions: Do you happen to hear the hiss / hum when the ANC is active?when I have the headphones connected to both the PC and the mobile phone, the connection to the mobile phone drops, does it happen to you too? perhaps because after a while of inactivity they are deactivated from the mobile phone, is it possible?
