I use my edc knives for literally everything, I think what your going to find with edc fixed blades is that for cutting and chopping on any really solid fruits and vegetables, ie, potatoes, carrots, beats, radishes, apples etc, the blade stock is too thick.
Great video! I absolutely loved handling the vault at Blade Show 2024. It is the next blade on my "to get" list. I currently have multiple Penguins and I picked up two Canary prototypes (G10 glyde lock and Ti Liner lock) and I have not been able to put them down since getting them. Keep up the awesome content!

If you plan on sharpening this knife long term, this isn’t the knife for you. The stop pin lands in the thin portion of the blade.
