Thank you! That is excellent, and most helpful. I am working on a sidewalk chalk piece for Halloween. I am trying to figure out how to end up with the pigment on top. It looks like layering is the key. Could you tell me what kind of liquid is in your glow paint? I have powder, and the different colors have different grains and textures. I guess that is why they have different viscosity when mixed.
Somehow, I knew you were going to say that Bob Ross influenced your art. That's great. Good work. I would be afraid that I could not keep up in a real time paint along. I'm out of practice. But you never know until you try.

If you're doing a chalking, you can see if there are any glow in the dark tempra paints (as long as you put grey tempra down first as a primer is should all wash off).

So, my plan is to put down a layer of regular chalk first. Then go over it with the glow chalk that I made. (That was fun.) But I was trying to think of a way to do highlights over the top of that. I know from making the chalk, that the pigment will survive in water. That made me think of applying it with a spray bottle mixed with water color. It will already be on top, and the water color should be more translucent. So I don't have to worry about it sinking to the bottom. And I think that will make for an easier clean up. I read that you should work with glow in the dark with a blacklight on. If it works, I am looking forward to spraying glow in the dark paint out of a spray bottle under a blacklight.

Can we use glow in the dark paint on fabric?
Great question! And yes. You can find glow in the dark fabric paint or puff paint at most craft stores. I think even some non fabric acrylic paints would work, however there is a chance they could fade when washing. But you won't know until you try.
