Good tip for beginners
Unless you are mixing up large cups of paint suggest to new painters to use small plastic cups
Hey Greg, just wanted to tell you THANKS for the recommendation for the rechargeable airbrush sprayer. TEMU has a nice green one for 21$!
I didn't even realize such a critter even existed!---No noisy air compressor nor aggravating lengthy hose to work around.
A huge bonus to my work! Thanks Tons!🤠👍
(edit: Wouldn't mind seeing you do a tutorial on how you mix your non airbrush acrylic paint for different artistic effects)

You treated my OCD with kindness. As I watched the video I kept thinking to myself, “Okay I still see a harsh demarcation line between the yellow and what has become orange. Blend a little more here.” And it’s as we were communicating across space and time, because there you went! Absolutely beautiful! Probably not much of a compliment coming from me as I’m not even an artist. But my eyes are happy. 😂 Thank you, thank you!
A beautiful comment. Sharing the same sentiments here! ✌🏽
Me too.❤
Total newbie here...i clearly do not have enough brushes! STUNNING!
Little tip, cheap makeup brushes are Amazing for blending. The foundation ones work great.
Thank you for this! @@bostonbutterfly4473
I was not expecting him to get to 5 brushes 😂
@@bostonbutterfly4473 They are also perfect for charcoal powder in drawing. As a 52 year old man I confess I felt compelled to tell the cashier at the pharmacy exactly why I was buying it! 🤣
@@TurnStyle72 lmao, that’s awesome 😆. Thanks for the tip!
I kept wondering when you were going to stop blending already but every time you did it got better and better. Thank you for that beautiful lesson 🥰✌️
The water was everything to me, who knew?! And the brushes! Thank you for this. 😍
The music is fantastic and so is the technique! Thank you for the training!
Thank you for this tutorial as I find this the hardest to do without muddying the colours.👍🏻
So simple but so stunning what looks just like a big beautiful ball and sunshine is absolutely hypnotic!
You are memorizing my thoughts as I watch your video on this topic. Absolutely beautiful and inspiring. Thank you
All the hard work you put into this piece really shows🎉
I have to try this tomorrow. Simply beautiful. Stunning. Thank you for sharing.

You do it so effortless thank you for sharing.
Great tutorial. This came out amazing. Can't wait to try.
Never mind about the brush dear 😅. I realise now I'd never been using enough paint and it was too dry to get that perfect effect ❤This is very very helpful, many thanks. What type of brush is that?
Glad that it helped and I added the paint with a mop brush and blended it all out with dry wash brushes
Wowwww, it turned so smooth. It teaches patience ❤
Very Beautiful Paint Acrylic with Colorful, Thanks.🙏🏼🙏🏼👌👌😍😍
Water? Who knew! And I too need those larger brushes. Thanks for the lightbulb moment.
Beautiful ❤ i am going to try this. 👍 Thank you for the video 🙏
Thank you ❤
So easy and so beautiful 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you for this tutorial. I really needed to learn this.
Great job ❤
Omg this hypnotised me. Your blending is so perfect. 💯 ✨
Thanks for this great tutorial!!! ❤
Anyone ever thought of using what's called a beauty blender sponge in situations like this? I've found that they can cut the blending time way down. I am still working on the technique but it seems promising.
Yes, they work well!
Wow, I can't wait to try thx for the tip. So you just blot like you'd do in your face?
@@hydraflora1342 I use more of a circular rubbing motion. Make sure the blender is wet and squeezed out.
Ingenious! Price wise it's terrific, but😅 it's a gamble. I'll tell you why. The metal part that cramps the bristles is not made to be soaked in water. Be very careful. It's usually a one hit wonder. You don't want loose bristles stuck to your art work. Too bad everything has been over priced these days. There are certain art brushes that are a hundred dollars or more!
I have used a sponge before
Thank you. This is exactly what i have been looking for
Perfect
AMAZING, THANK YOU FROM HEART
Great blending!
I'm surprised by how much water is used. Word on the street is that too much water may affect the paint binding, so I have always mixed some medium plus water (I do see your opinion in the video that the amount of water you use doesn't affect the binding).
Exactly. What is the problem to people to just use medium?
That anti-water lie came from some RUclips video some lady made. She blocked all comments so that people can’t correct her. You can literally use acrylic as a watercolor and the paint will work just fine. You can thin, glaze etc acrylics using water only and it will be JUST FINE
That's very interesting, thanks!@@afanaobeba7876
Too much water will affect the integrity of the paint though😢
...and so we go around in little circles...
Interesting way of doing a piece of art!
I ❤it n tks for sharing with us n keep up your amazing work

So good. Thank you for your help ❤
Thankyou the video was very useful
Awesome sir
Wow ! It's So Good👍
I use a small spray (mist) bottle and keep the canvas wet... Oh, and "PLENTY" of Blender Brushes!!!
Nice. This is a skill I've struggled with for a while now
Amazing 🤩
Super 👍🏽 thanks for you tuto
Also folks remember gently while blender don’t push down on your brush. Gently glide across your paint. That was my down falls many many years ago. Happy painting ., it definitely is a stress reliever.
Well done excercise.
Thanks 🙏!!.
VERY NICE
I need to try to do this on a significantly smaller scale.
Thank you
Amazing

Великолепно!!! 👍
Always best in silent movies
Beautiful but clearly I need to up my brush game😂 I’ve never seen so much water used with acrylics. I’ve always heard too much water breaks them down but ig that’s what’s needed first a good blend. Great video thanks❤
Beautiful ❤️ best wishes from your new subscriber

wonderful video! thank you so very much! but why would someone get mad because you used a towel?
Гипнотизирует. Спасибо.
Something that has become very useful to me is a spray bottle that is mostly water, with a few drizzles of vegetable glycerin, and about 1/4 full of arcylic paint thinner medium. The liquid is transparently milky white. I can mist it over my palette, I spray it directly into cups, sometimes on to my brush, and rarely, I spray my whole canvas with it.
This stops the "dusty" effect when I use too much water on my acrylic paint without me noticing. It keeps the pigments bound, extends the working time, is cheaper than using mediums directly, and somehow ends up working more smooth than water.
I tend to do 100 glazes so overwatering arcylic could be a big problem for me. In fact, I would have made this gradient by glazing, and it would have been very frustrating and taken longer.
🤔I should buy a soft large brush, because all my really big brushes are rather stiff and meant for latex wall paint
This music made me start to fall asleep 💤

It is said he is on brush no. 43,987 now ... half way to go

Hi Mr Lowman 😊 only just seen your really good blending video , an area I struggle with being a newbie painter . Do you have a similar tutorial showing the blending technique , but using a larger canvas , say 40 x 50 cms and how to keep the paint wet on a larger canvas . It's just that it is easier for me to see on a larger canvas , but can not keep the paint wet . Thanks very much 😊
hi there, this one covers blending on a large canvas: ruclips.net/video/oec7O58RMl4/видео.htmlsi=Aq-42H-9GbEf_K_u

Very nice and beautiful and well done. In my painting, the sun is about half an inch, how i blend the sun that looks better? or how i can blend a small area in a painting? Thanks.
To blend small you can use a smaller brush like a round or filbert, get the bristles just wet enough to break up the paint, do circles on the color changes, and continuously wipe the bristles off when they fill w/ paint. Skip the last step and don't go over the area with a dry brush to avoid smearing/streaking. You can blend pretty much anything doing this, even smooth skin tones - ruclips.net/video/tD3XEGaQwwg/видео.html
JUST GREAT?????
