I keep putting off painting outdoors because it always seems so awkward bringing all the supplies with me, but this kit seems so handy! One day I will have to try the Viviva watercolors, they look so nice to work with. Both your paintings turned out super cute, too - the expression of the orange cat makes me so happy! 😊

I love your feasible and low-effort version of painting outside. Very often, youtubers can make it seem like it requires a lot of effort and planning and stuff. Just having to grab the bare necessities and plopping down on a blanket makes it so much more appealing to me. Thank you for the inspiration!

I had a similar experience this weekend: painting with watercolors at the beach. It was funny and interesting to use sea water (and a little bit of sand xD) for painting.
I was part of their kickstarter back then and I'm so happy for them that they're such a thing out in the art world :3

This was such an amazing video! Would love to see more videos of you drawing outside (whenever you feel comfortable ofc). Also love how sketchy first illustration turned and how refiend the last one is. I think the cat being ginger is also perfect because it looks like the kitty tryes to blend into it's surroundings.

I’m not used to painting much, I often use colored pencils, But I’m trying to improve with painting. I’m not sure I’d want to draw or paint outdoors partly due to living in the often humid Louisiana tbh. Well, in dry enough weather and in a comfortable place to sit and concentrate I’d be okay, maybe Lol. Good work, Kattvalk! 🐈🦆🖤

That how I use my water brush to because the water can get some pigments on it and messes everything up .

For a company trying to be eco friendly, the pleather is just such a baffling choice. Most pleather is vinyl - PVC plastic, one of the most toxic plastics currently in use. Almost any other choice would have been more eco-friendly...
I’m currently trying my best just to get a sketch out, my health issues have gotten worse lately and I’m currently fighting an infection in my jawbone that has half my face swollen and so sore I can’t even talk, I’ve had a notebook all day to communicate with my family and husband
