Hey thanks for that massive chair breakdown video you did for heights and budget. The quality you produce is way way above expected. I appreciate the hardwork, now all I have to do is hunt for a used aeron or embody lol
I got the breck and the Soji, I wouldn't say the Breck is anywhere near as good as the Soji. The Soji so much more comfortable, feels better built, and the adjustability is so much better suited to fit a wider range of people.
What an amazing review! I'm in the market for a new chair for my home office and found your page. SO HELPFUL! Thank you!! I'm curious about your thoughts on the Haworth Breck versus the Branch Ergonomic. I'm 5'5" 140lbs. I'd be getting the black/black of either one, so colour options aren't a consideration. Thank you!
Interesting to see the "white colorway" tax on chairs is similar as it is to PC parts. Besides matching the Fern do you think there is any real reason to choose the colorway that you did over the stock black? I'm guessing the color tax is only really worth it if you have a specific color scheme you are trying to match/create.
I go both ways on the color stuff...part of me says go with the cheaper option, it's just a color after all, but there's another part of me that says if I'm resolute on spending this much money already, I don't mind spending a little more on getting the version I actually like.
which chair is your number 1 pick of all time? i got the steelcase amia and i dont like it, i just want a chair i will love and have no problems with or have to return :)
I got the pro in for testing. Feature wise it’s closer to the Haworth soji, but the seat is a major downgrade on the pro. I recommend the breck or soji over the pro. Hope this helps and if so, please consider using my links if you decide to pick up!
For me personally, Leap v2 (I used to not like the Leap, but was forced to daily drive during my studio moves, and I can appreciate it a lot more now). The Gesture's lumbar/back curve just doesn't fit me that well and the Mirra 2 is awesome, but I like the freedom of movement in the Leap. Hope this helps! As always, please consider using my links if you decide to pick up! Helps the channel a LOT!
The Haworth Breck is so close to perfect, but the too-strong recline tension is unfortunately a dealbreaker. It essentially forces you to sit upright all the time, which is not comfortable nor healthy for full-time work. If the Breck had tilt tension adjustability, it would be one of my top office chair recommendations for short to average-height users.
@Madge104 I generally prefer tilt limiter over tilt lock, because it gives you some support to sit upright from a recline without needing to toggle a switch.
@@Madge104 Agree with jackboxer here. I much prefer a tension knob to get the tension just right so I am leaning back a tiny smidge when sitting in my chair. My personal preference is to get both a lock and a tension knob though!
If you want the high back and prefer sitting upright / flat back, refine is probably better. If you want a more cushy and hugging experience, the breck. I can’t talk enough about how much I like this thing, esp for the price.
Hi I am living in Malta , I am looking for chair around 500-700 euro to buy , can you recommend me something with headrest ? We have no shops here , only if online shop they do delivery to my country, I don’t like mesh chairs
Crazy looking one? It’s the Anthros chair. I reviewed it - check out the video! If you’re referring to the green one, it’s the Haworth fern halo gaming edition (also made a video on that comparing all the Haworth ferns)
I envy shorter dudes, I'm 184cm and cant find something good with solid seat and mesh back in Europe. When you showed how deep the seat is at full extension I knew this wont fit me. Off I go to try and search, again
@spinerpl932 unfortunately I now realize it's just people that were paid to make a review on it making videos. There is 1 guy who made a very honest review, and his biggest complaint ended up being mine as well. The arms are extremely bulky, and also way too forward. Like naturally you usually rest your arms at your side, but because of how the chair is built you have to rest your arms more forward, and it really does feel a bit awkward. The lumbar is also a little too much, and doesn't go high enough (for me). The highest setting could work for me, but the highest setting actually isn't usable because it's just for resetting the height, it doesn't lock.
Biggest problem is definitely the arms, if the arms went more back I think overall it would allow my body to align better to the chair. Also at this point I'm required to bend them in in order to work at my desk, then bend them out to leave. It's just very inconvenient.
@@Ahnestly can't find it outside of the US. I think that might be the case for all of their products sadly. It'd be cool if you made like a tier-list of chairs to choose. Heard of you and BTOD from a youtuber called Shen, and I'm trying to max out my setup and I wanna see how much many I need to keep for a chair and a tier-list vid would help me and a lot of other people who are trying to achieve the same thing

Yooo thanks for the kind words!! Appreciate that!

I went with the Soji and think I'm a lifelong Haworth fan from now on
Soji is really good, but I would ahnestly be OK with the Breck over the Soji.
the like button bait gets me every time
Better than the Fractal Design with Mesh at $499?
If we want a budget chair with a foot/leg rest do you have any recommendations?
Great video. What would you recommend in terms of switching the casters for use on hardwood floors?

great chair!!

I went with buying 2 all black Fern chairs, being the most affordable pricing option.

I'd also love to know that, maybe for all budget range then an overall? A tier list vid would be great!
insane depth for a 10 min chair review
How does this compare to the branch ergonomic pro chair, also vs the non pro version? Is the pro worth it?
I got the pro in for testing. Feature wise it’s closer to the Haworth soji, but the seat is a major downgrade on the pro. I recommend the breck or soji over the pro. Hope this helps and if so, please consider using my links if you decide to pick up!

@@Ahnestly Great answer, though the big one is: Leap V2 vs humanscale Freedom. Who wins there?
Bought the Colamy because of your video!

I don't understand why people don't just include a lock instead of a knob

The fractal refine is $499. To my eyes it looks better. Thoughts Dan?

The chair is so new, nothing I know of!

Hi could you please test the HBADA E3 Pro Ergonomic Office Chair (with Footrest)
Hey just lyk I just bought that, and it's awful. I'm here because I'm trying to find a replacement
@@AllthatmakesFall Oh are you fr? i saw a lot of good opinions about that chair, whats wrong with hbada?

@spinerpl932 the only good things were the footrest imo, but for $580 that's not worth it

Those shopping for this should consider spending the same money (or usually much less) on a lightly used higher-end model like a Zody.
Don't underestimate the value of Haworth's 12-year full-service warranty, which you wouldn't get with a used chair!
A chair without a headrest. No, thanks! Keep it in warehouses!
Thanks for the review by the way friend! 🌹
lolll
It's $1129 💀
