    Great video. what's the width of the mount below desk which you can place it on the arms of chairs?

    • @ToolsElectroDIY
      @ToolsElectroDIY  17 дней назад

      The width does not matter. Don't measure, just fit them and put on screws. And you can adjust the tightness / friction easily, which is very hard to do by measuring.

    I recently had a herniated disc in my neck that causes severe nerve damage. Just got that disc replaced. During that time and even now i wish i had this setup. I wish it was all made as a kit vs separate parts. I might start with the chair… any reason you picked that one specifically?

    Nicely done! To hold bigger monitors look at the #HermanMiller #EnvelopDesk it’s basically what you have here with more capacity with the Herman Miller #EmbodyChair

    • @ToolsElectroDIY

      Mouting regular large monitors on the chair will make it top heavy. They need to be mounted somewhere else.

    • @TheCouplesTakeOn
      @TheCouplesTakeOn 28 дней назад +1

      @@ToolsElectroDIY yeah, the Herman Miller envelop desk and embody chair work in concert together, where when you lean back in the embody chair, the desk follows the same curvature because you can pull the top of the desk toward you and it articulates and curves kind of like how you have your chair set up with the wood top on top of the armrest
