  • In Matthew 12:31-32, Jesus referred to what has become known as “the unpardonable sin.” He said, “Every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.” Jesus' statement has caused some to worry that perhaps they have committed a sin that God will not forgive.
But what did Jesus really mean? Dr. David K. Bernard examines the context of Jesus' words and explains what it means to blaspheme the Holy Spirit. He offers theological and pastoral guidance to those who are concerned that they may have strayed outside the boundaries of God's grace.

Please pray for me. I grew up in this kind of church but became an atheist about 8 years ago. On Sunday April 23 2023 I went to Truth Chapel in Loganville Ga and I was re-baptized. I believe Jesus is Lord and He died for my sins. But I am really struggling with thoughts I went too far and I’m unforgivable. This video has really helped though. Praise God for breaking my cold dead heart!

Matthew 12:31-32 can only be defined by context and other scriptures. 1 John 5:16-17 is a parallel passage.
      1 John 5:16-19
"If anyone becomes aware of his brother having committed a sin not unto death (Numbers 15:28-31 - unaware sin), they shall ask God for forgiveness and God will give life unto those that commit a sin not unto death. There is a sin that is unto death, for such, I do not say that you should pray for it!
(Numbers 15:28-31; James 5:20, Hebrews 10:26-29; Matthew 18:15; Psalm 19:12-13) All wickedness is sin, but there is a type of sin not unto death (unaware sin - Psalm 32:2).
We know that whoever is regenerated of God does not choose to commit sin, because he that is regenerated by God guards himself and the devil does not corrupt him.
(1 John 3:3; 1 Corinthians 10:13; Romans 6:16; Psalm 19:12-13) By this we truly know that we are of God, though the majority of the world lives in wickedness (sin).
Jesus and John both knew the Old Testament and were referring to a scripture from Numbers.
      Numbers 15:28-31
"“When one commits a sin in ignorance before the Lord, atonement shall be made and it shall be forgiven unto him. You shall have one law for all that sin ignorantly for both those that are born among the children of Israel and also for the foreigner (gentile). But the one that sins defiantly (presumptuously), whether native born or a foreigner (gentile), he blasphemes the Lord and he must be cut off (H-3772 -killed), because he has despised the Lord’s instructions and broken his commandments, his sin shall remain upon him.”
      Now consider John 14:24-26
"He who does not keep (live by) my instructions does not love me... (Proverbs 28:13; John 3:19)
But the helper, the spirit of the holy one, who the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things and remind you of everything that I have spoken unto you"
      This is very simple:
Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is to defy the Holy Spirit's leading after you have been truly converted and received the spirit of Christ. Sin unto death is defiance or willful sin. (Hebrews 10:26-29)
Sin committed in ignorance can be forgiven. This includes all sin that had been committed before a true conversion and having received the Holy Spirit. (Acts 2:38; Romans 6:1-23)
Do not believe the liar and worker of Satan that teaches his venom in this video.

Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit defined:
      Numbers 15:28-31
“When one commits a sin in ignorance before the Lord, atonement shall be made and it shall be forgiven unto him. You shall have one law for all that sin ignorantly for both those that are born among the children of Israel and also for the foreigner (gentile). But the one that sins defiantly (presumptuously), whether native born or a foreigner (gentile),
he blasphemes the Lord and he must be cut off (H-3772 -killed), because he has despised the Lord’s instructions and broken his commandments, his sin shall remain upon him.”
This verse very clearly defines blasphemy of the holy spirit (God), what a sin unto death is and also what sin not unto death is. When we have this in mind, we can then start to
      understand many other scriptures.
      Hebrews 10:26-29; “Because if we willfully commit sin, after we have come to understand the true way, there is no longer a sacrifice remaining for such a defiance against God;
But there is a certainty of terrifying judgment and the fiery anger of God that shall consume all that defy him. Anyone who disregarded the law of Moses was put to death without pity at the testimony of two or three witnesses; How much harsher of a punishment is then due, if someone pushes the son of God down under their feet and chooses to defile the blood of Christ and the covenant by which they had been cleansed, and also chooses to defy the spirit that has brought unto them the assistance of God?”
      1 Timothy 1:13
“Even though I had at one time been a blasphemer and persecuted the people of Christ, I received the grace of God abundantly and I received forgiveness, because what I did, I did in ignorance.”
      Romans 1:18
“Because the wrath of God is revealed upon all ungodliness and unrighteousness of every man that knows what is right, yet chooses to do that which is unrighteous.”

Actually it’s not recognizing the Kingdom of God is within you.
      Luke 17:20-21
20 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:
21 Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.
So you can’t know the Holy Ghost if you don’t know his kingdom is within you, what that means you turn away from the Holy Ghost who speaks to you from his kingdom which is in Heaven.
      Hebrews 12:22-25
22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,
23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
24 And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.
25 See that ye refuse not him that speaketh. For if they escaped not who refused him that spake on earth, much more shall not we escape, if we turn away from him that speaketh from heaven:
Do you turn away from the law of your mind, your Moral Conscience, or do you hear his voice and obey his commands ?
If you turn away you blaspheme the Holy Ghost

Almost three years ago I repented and knew to get back in a Bible believing Church in my area that teaches one God and Jesus name baptism. Prayed and found a church near me. Been there since not perfect but forgiven.

@@Daniel12.4Ministry Matt.12:31. Read the context, go up about 5 verses, and Jesus tells you what blasphemy of the HS is. The pharisees said that Jesus had a demon - so they called the HS a demon. That is blaspheming the HS. Yes, this organization (the UPC) is a false religion/cult just like SDA's, JW's, and the LDS church, just to name a few; but, we are under Paul's ministry today, and we are saved by believing from the heart that Christ shed his blood for our sins. Our sins were judged at the cross. It is a free gift, to anyone who realizes they are a sinner, in need of a Saviour, and that Saviour is Jesus Christ. We are not justified by our own works/the law today, but by Christ's imputed righteousness. If you are adding one drop of your own works to Christ's finished work on the cross, you are probably not saved.

You are sealed with the HS the moment you believe the gospel, which is found in 1Cor.15:1-5, how that Christ died for our sins. In this dispensation, the church age, the HS does not come and go - you are sealed when you are saved, Eph.1:13. Make sure you read your KJ Bible for yourself, cover to cover, and study daily so you will not be deceived by false teachers/cults and denominational teachings such as this organization - the UPC, the AOG, the SDA church, the JW's, the LDS, the RCC, Calvinists, to name a few. They all preach a different gospel, and a different Jesus. As prophesied, there are many false teachers in these last days, who teach unscriptural things, and complicate the simplicity of the Gospel. They do not rightly divide (2Tim.2:15), and they follow the wrong teachings of fallible men.

I backslid a few years back in a very bad way. I became heavily influenced obviously by the flesh, but also the enemy. I Thank Jesus because He did not take His Spirit from me. In my mind, and even verbally, “that’s demonic” when I saw a/any preacher move in way that seemed almost unnatural or talk in a way that seemed almost to hoarse (the way he verbally sounded [harsher/ deeper sounding voice] or if I’ve seen a piano player or guitar player of any genre (Christian or otherwise) move their fingers across the keys or strings in a way that didn’t look human. I Immediately asked God for forgiveness, but I still remember thinking or saying “that’s demonic” and I worry about my salvation even though I am now in a place where I truly love and feel God and am being used by Him. Is this something I need to fear?

No, because that is not blaspheming the HS. Read Matt.12:24-31. The pharisees told Jesus that he was casting out devils by the power of Beelzebub. What you see in Pentecostal churches (speaking in "tongues"), is not the HS - it is just made up jibberish. Tongues are a written or spoken language, not babbling nonsense. You are saved by trusting in Jesus' precious shed blood (1Cor.15:1-4), and you are sealed w/ the HS the moment you believe (Eph.1:13, 4:30). You cannot lose your salvation-John 10:28, 29. Make sure you read your King James Bible, for yourself, and let the HS teach you.✝💜

Comparing Paul's claim of blasphemy to that of the Jewish leaders in this situation is a bit misplaced and out of context. Paul may very well have been a "blasphemer" but he doesn't say that he "blasphemed" God. The Greek word used in 1 Timothy 1:13 is G989 - blasphemos, and it means to speak evil of something or someone. The object of Paul's blasphemous speech were Christians, not God Himself. The remaining context of the verse explains as much. This is very similar to how Atheist and Humanist "speak evil of" or "blaspheme" Christians today.
Therefore, the blasphemy the Jewish leaders in Matthew 12:31-32 were in Jeopardy of commiting here is directly against God the Father Himself, who by the way is greater than Jesus in his own words,
"Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. You have heard Me say to you, ‘I am going away and coming back to you.’ If you loved Me, you would rejoice because I said, ‘I am going to the Father,’ for My Father is greater than I."
    John 14:27‭-‬28 NKJV
In addition, the scriptures clearly explains that God is both Holy and a Spirit, meaning "Holy Spirit", so we are not talking about some third person here as trinitarians believe, but God the Father Himself. The term Holy Spirit is a term used to describe the power of God the Father, not a separate third person.
So as the Dr in this video says, to blaspheme the Holy Spirit is to be in Jeopardy of rejecting God the Father, and His power to save.

Amen! Thank you Pastor for teaching this. I just have one question. So in a church service, if one person says it's not a move of the Spirit just because he/she doesn't like the person that's being used by God as a preacher, song leader or teacher, would that mean that this person has sinned against the Holy Ghost?

    • @macy.magbanua
      @macy.magbanua Год назад

Follow up question, would it also mean that a person has sinned against the Holy Ghost if he commented on an unbeliever's life saying that that person has not really changed his life because he has not received the Holy Ghost? But in reality God is drawing that person to Himself and works on bringing him to salvation.
It would be truly helpful to gain insights on the practical application of God's word.

@@macy.magbanua Please read the KJ Bible for yourself. This way you will not be deceived. We do not get the HS by "speaking in tongues" - they are not even speaking in tongues in the Pentecostal church - they are babbling jibberish into the air. Tongues are a written, spoken language, not jibberish. You are sealed w/ HS the moment you believe the Gospel, 1Cor.15:1-4. See also Eph.1:13, 4:30, for more clarity on this. We walk by faith, not by sight, 1Cor.5:7. Tongues were a sign for those that do not believe, not for believers, 1Cor.14:22,23. You are saved by faith alone, in the precious blood of Christ, and you cannot lose your salvation. The HS does not come and go in this dispensation, but rather we are sealed until the day of redemption (the rapture/resurrection). The Pharisees blasphemed the HS by saying that Jesus had a demon, that that was how he cast out demons, Matt.12:24-32. So, you have not blasphemed the HS. What they do in Pentecostal churches is most certainly not of the HS. The HS does not make people speak jibberish/laugh like hyenas/or roll around on the floor. That is utter nonsense. Pray, and ask the Lord for discernment, and for wisdom in studying His word - and let the HS teach you and guide you in all things. ✝🩸🙏

Sometimes, it could be like this:
    Acts 5:1-10
[1]But there was a man named Ananias, who with his wife Sapphira sold some property that belonged to them.
[2]But with his wife's agreement he kept part of the money for himself and handed the rest over to the apostles.
[3]Peter said to him, “Ananias, why did you let Satan take control of you and make you lie to the Holy Spirit by keeping part of the money you received for the property?
[4]Before you sold the property, it belonged to you; and after you sold it, the money was yours. Why, then, did you decide to do such a thing? You have not lied to human beings - you have lied to God!”
[5]As soon as Ananias heard this, he fell down dead; and all who heard about it were terrified.
[6]The young men came in, wrapped up his body, carried him out, and buried him.
[7]About three hours later his wife, not knowing what had happened, came in.
[8]Peter asked her, “Tell me, was this the full amount you and your husband received for your property?”“Yes,” she answered, “the full amount.”
[9]So Peter said to her, “Why did you and your husband decide to put the Lord's Spirit to the test? The men who buried your husband are now at the door, and they will carry you out too!”
[10]At once she fell down at his feet and died. The young men came in and saw that she was dead, so they carried her out and buried her beside her husband.

The Bible in Proverbs 24:16 mentions that the righteous man will fall seven times, but yet he shall rise again. Repenting daily is NOT a bad thing. In terms of “the point of losing salvation,” some may have a time in which they walk away from God but when the Spirit draws, it’s important to listen to it. Even if one had walked away from God for a bit, they can still return, repent, and be forgiven. What’s important is to have the Holy Ghost living within you, and to be baptized in Jesus Name. Once filled with the Holy Ghost, if you do walk away from God, and come back, you can seek that forgiveness through repentance and ask God to once again fill you with the gift of the Holy Ghost. The Bible says that God is faithful and just to forgive us if we confess our sins to Him. Faithful, as Bro. Bernard said, means he will do it every time. I hope this helps :)

Make sure to read your KJ Bible, for yourself so you will not be deceived by false teachers from various cults. Jesus tells us exactly what blaspheming the holy ghost is in Matt.12:24-31; when he cast out devils, the pharisees said he cast out devils by the power of Beelzebub, the prince of devils. We are under Paul's ministry today, and the gospel of salvation is 1Cor.15:1-4. You are sealed with the HS the moment you believe the gospel Eph.1:13 and 4:30. The HS doesn't come and go in this dispensation. Tongues are a written, spoken language, not jibberish - read acts 2:8-14, notice specific languages are given. Also, who is their audience? Jews. And who needs a sign to believe? Jews, 1Cor.1:22. All of these false teachings and cults exist today because people do not read the Bible for themselves (King James, not modern counterfeit bibles), and do not know how to rightly divide the word (2Tim.2:15). Paul also tells us that tongues were a sign for not those that believe, but for they which do NOT believe, 1Cor.14:22, 23.

Thank you Bishop Bernard for such a profound exposition. Just a few questions for clarity.
    (1) Outside of the sin of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, is it possible for one to sin against God until he reaches a state where he no longer feels a conviction and has no concern? If yes, then how is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit any different from any other sin committed, which places one in that same state of a lack of conviction and hardness of heart?
    (2) He that hardens his heart and stiffens his neck, shall suddenly be cut off, and that without remedy. Does that speak of the man suddenly cutting himself off from God, or God suddenly cutting off that man from Him?
    (3) The unpardonable sin, does it mean that the blood of Jesus doesn't atone for that sin?
    (4) Esau sought a place of repentance and could not find it. He was aware of his spiritual condition and sought to correct it, yet even seeking place of repentance carefully with tears, he could not find it. How do you explain this?

    • @harveygosal
      @harveygosal 3 месяца назад

      1.
You definitely don't want to go on willfully sinning. Repent. Turn from your ways and Yield to the Holy Spirit. It might be possible that you could SO grieve the Holy Spirit that despite His convicting you to repent you continue to reject Him. There can come a point where He gives up on you. (I'm not saying that it's impossible to come back, IDK).
Where sin is grace abounds (but not to encourage sin.)
      2.
IDK. Just yield and submit to the Holy Spirit.
      3.
the blood of Jesus certainly does atone for sin.
      4.
I think this passage is regarding the birthright that he SOLD to Jacob. He wasn't able to repent and get it back. He cried and everything but God honored the fact that he sold his birthright for some plain soup.

I think anyone who actually commits blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is someone who knows what they are doing. It’s not something you can accidentally do. It’s really not even a one time occurrence either like a one time sin. It’s actually an ongoing lifelong denial of Jesus Christ because of the fact that the only way to believe He is Lord is if the Holy Spirit draws you to Him. To continue to deny Jesus Christ throughout life means that one would be denying their only means of forgiveness and therefore that is why it is unforgivable.

That isn't blaspheming the HS. Jesus tells us in Matt.12:24-32, what it is. The pharisees said that Jesus had cast out demons by the power of satan. That was the sin of blasphemy against the HS. Also, we do have the choice of believing the Gospel, or denying it. The Gospel is 1Cor.15:1-4.

@@wyattearpswoman838 Right, but the bigger picture here is that the Pharisees refused to believe that Jesus is the Messiah, the Christ, the Lord and Saviour of the world. Because it takes the calling of the Holy Spirit in one’s life to stir their heart and soul to initially come to faith in Jesus, and because the Pharisees refused to listen to this calling, they were refusing their only means of salvation. That is why it’s unforgivable because without faith in Jesus Christ then there is no other way to be forgiven of sins. Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is not something you can accidentally do. Those that do it are willfully giving up their only means of salvation just as the Pharisees did.

I would not imagine so. Many people have experienced times in their life of grief and anger and to where it has gotten to the point that they have also gotten mad at God, but God is gracious, we just must repent. If you had committed the sin, my guess is that you probably wouldn’t ask if you have committed it because if you ask, then that shows that you’re concerned about it. :)

The exact conditions do not exist today in context:
Jesus is not physically on earth.
You cannot see him performing miracles.
But the scribes/pharisees saw Jesus in the flesh doing God’s work through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Those religious leaders saw ALL of the evidence.
But they STILL attributed God’s Holy Work to an unholy source. They had NO excuses……

What Is Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit?
it is when the Holy spirit can no longer get through to a person because that person is no longer interested in what the Holy Spirit has to say or are no longer interested in the promptings of the Holy Spirit and only God knows when that has happened.
and Blasphemy against the Holy Spirit is the Only unforgiveable sin.
so with that being said. I would say never give up in trying to overcome all sin in your life even if it takes your entire lifetime to overcome.
As much as possible, daily, draw closer to God in prayer and in the study of God's word and the devil will flee who is the tempter.
It is written: To continue to work out our own salvation with fear and trembling all the days of our life after accepting Jesus Christ as our personal savior
And God wants us to be specific about what we ask for in prayer and He also wants us to be specific about the sins we ask Him for the forgiveness of. Since being specific about what you are asking for is a true acknowledgment of what you ask for and throwing up a forgive me for all of my sins prayer, for example, is a lack of trust and faith in God and takes no accountability for what one asks. 1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
Jesus said in John 14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments. Which are the 10 commandments and the 4th commandment. Says: Remember to keep the Sabbath Day Holy.
I trust in the Lord's judgment and during the 1000 years, those who were caught up to meet the Lord in the air at the second coming of Jesus Christ will be able to look over the books and see that Jesus' judgments were just, fair and have all of our questions answered as to why someone did not make it if they did not make it.
No better person to try all cases than Jesus Christ who became like us in every way, suffered, died once for all, and is risen to judge all cases who knows what it is like to be tempted in every way.
Which is why Jesus and Jesus alone is the only one who can determine who will be saved and who will be lost/not saved.
And Sin is the breaking of any of the 10 commandments and sin is also. The one who knows the good they out to do and does not do it to them it is sin.
And any act of disobedience to the will of God is sin and the wages for unforgiven sin is death. if your sins are not covered by God's grace.
People not keeping the Sabbath Day of Rest commandment is the commandment that is broken the most. which is sin.
Ecclesiastes 12:13, in the King James Version of the Bible: Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
God's grace covers the sins that we have committed that we are not aware of that we have committed and the sins that we are aware of we are to ask God for forgiveness of who is faithful and just to forgive us.
And part of asking for forgiveness also means that we will choose to give up in our life whatever sin it is that we are asking to be forgiven of.
Total surrender of self and self-denial is required in order to overcome all sin in our lives. And Christ is our example in all things, not me. And even though it is hard to do to be like Christ in character. Overcoming all sin in our lives is what we are to do. which I am working on with the help of the Holy Spirit. We are to strive will all of our power to be like Christ in character and we are to die daily to the desires of the flesh and live after the teachings of the Holy Spirit which means we are never to give up in trying to overcome all sin in our lives with the help of the Holy Spirit. Rather than making excuses to sin.
Draw closer to God, all of the time in prayer and in the study of His Word and in sharing His word and in helping others and the devil will flee. We are to die daily to sin and be more like Christ is character is what Paul was speaking about. and if a person sins they are to ask Jesus for forgiveness who is faithful and just to forgive us of sin and part of asking for forgiveness also means that you will choose to give up in your life whatever you are asking to be forgiven of. And God's grace covers the sins that we committed that we are unaware of committing.
    Those who are slaves to appetite will fail in perfecting Christian character And as we near the close of time, (which we are in now) Satan's temptation to indulge appetite will be more powerful and more difficult to overcome. {Mar 62.4}
Appetite - An instinctive physical desire, especially one for food, sex, drugs, lust, covet, addictions, music, drink, passions and desires for things of the flesh, etc.
Appetite is how Satan Got Adam and Eve to sin
Daily consecration of total surrender with continuous prayer and supplication.
Denying self daily of the desires of the world and denying self daily of the desires of the flesh and living daily after the desires and teaching of the Holy Spirit is what we Christians are asked to do.
Jesus fulfilling the law by him keeping it does not exempt us from keeping it.
Jesus life and death showed us that it is possible to keep the 10 commandments with the help of the Holy Spirit and that is what we are to do daily. To die daily to the desires of the flesh.
Jesus said. I have come down from heaven not to do my will but to do the will of him who sent me.
Only through total and complete surrender of your free will choices on a moment by moment and on a day by day basis is it possible with the help of the Holy Spirit to overcome all sin in our lives and that is what we are to try and do all the days of our lives with the help of the Holy Spirit.
sin is no longer our master if one has been born again (Baptism by immersion) as per Acts 2:38 Peter replied, “Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins. And you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit
Overcoming all sin is our lives is what being like Christ means.
Us choosing to keep the 10 commandments is our responsibility with the help of the Holy Spirit. Had Jesus not kept the 10 commandments then Jesus would have been a sinner and we all would have been lost.
Jesus also said. Do not think that I have come to abolish the law which are the 10 commandment and the prophets
So if the Son of God who is Jesus Christ incarnate did not do away with his moral law which are the 10 commandments then it would mean that the 10 commandments still stand and we are to keep the 10 commandments with the help of the Holy Spirit who shared the truth of this teaching with us.
Remember the Lord never changes and is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Heb 10:16 "This is the covenant I will make with them after that time, says the Lord. I will put my laws in their hearts, and I will write them on their minds."
so again with that being said.

QUESTION : What is the unforgivable sin?
ANSWER : Would you believe it’s BLASPHEMY? Insulting the invisible guy in the sky or making jokes about him, apparently you can commit the most heinous crimes against humanity including mass murder, rape, incest and theft but if you convince God that you’re genuinely sorry and promise him that you’ve embraced his doctrine you’ll be forgiven and permitted to live in bliss in his magical fairyland after your death here on Earth.
But if you commit the sin of blasphemy you’ll spend eternity being burnt and tortured in Hell regardless of how good and altruistic you have been during your life or how sorry you are to have blasphemed against him at different points of your life, you’ll never be forgiven.
Doesn’t this sound a little strange to you that this ego driven God is so obsessed about himself and his petty feelings?
God is sorely in need of a thorough psychiatric assessment and he should be told to get his priorities in order.

One of the ways an individual can blasphemy the Holy Spirit is equating His miracles to Satan. It is also when someone tells the Holy Spirit to stop dealing with them about their sin. The Holy Spirit is the focus of the blasphemy. When they equated the miracles of Jesus to the working of Satan, Jesus told them they were in danger of blasphemy of the Holy Spirit. Jesus operated in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
It appears there is a warning before this unforgivable sin is enforced. If you are being convicted of your sin, do NOT tell the Holy Spirit to leave you alone. Do not attack Him.
The scary thing is if this sin happens, you can never be saved. It is unforgivable in this life and the life to come. If you are being convicted of your sin, you have NOT blasphemed the Holy Spirit. If you feel bad about your sin, you have NOT blasphemed the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit is God. His job is to glorify Jesus and convict the world of their sin and lead them to Jesus. He brings the increase. We sow and water the Word. He indwells the saved. He chastises the saved when they sin. He molds the saved into the image of Jesus.
Repent and trust in the Gospel of Jesus Christ (1 Cor. 15:1-4). When you hear the Gospel and the Holy Spirit leads you to repentance, trust the Gospel only, and you will be saved. Do NOT add works. Ephesians 2:8-10.
    God bless.
