Man nice! Looks like the exact color scheme I was originally goin for. You have to wait, companies are starting to develop higher quality J pipes this year. I keep hearing people saying they are developing ones that won't give you CELs. Other tuners are also saying that the J pipe has less of an impact this generation than it did on the EJ STIs because technology is so much improved.
Thanks! Yeah people are saying the Rae Motorsports J pipe haven’t given them CEL’s… And yeah I can see if having less of an impact, but the OEM one is still restricted.
check the burst rating on the aftermarket radiator cap vs the OEM one. on the older WRX/STIs that have a coolant expansion tank on top of the engine, the cap that goes on the radiator has a higher relief pressure than the cap on the expansion tank. Aftermarket radiators would come with caps that have a lower relief pressure causing it to prematurely open on hot/track days and cause cooling issues. flatirons tuning has a detailed video discussing the topic. Probably isn't relevant to your car, but worth checking the number on the caps just to be safe.

Thanks for the reminder! I actually meant to check the cap after I installed the radiator. I will have to do that tomorrow.
