@sportitude Can you please answer the following questions...1. Which of the Hoka Arahi 6 or Saucony Tempus is more stable for someone who pronates inwards excessively? 2. Which of those shoes has the stiffer rocker? I dont have stores near me to try these and trying to figure out which one to go for. Thanks.
Was very close…. The only thing that we couldn’t agree on… it’s only available in a standard width. It’s a good performer, however not be able to dial that fit just lets it down. We know this is a debatable discussion, and that’s why the shoe industry right now is awesome. So many great Options…. Just wish brands made their better shoes in more fitting options. Vongo V7?.. sounds exciting! What would you suggest for a 13st, 50 year old bloke who runs 5k, 10k and upto a half marathon, not very fast (9-10 min miles) and needs a bit of stability? Thanks 🙏🏻
Very intriguing on the Kayano 30. Will they still continue the Kayano Lite series (currently on the 3rd iteration) or will it be converged into the Kayano?
Hi there, From what we gather Asics will be stopping the Kayano Lite series at the 3rd iteration. The GT 2000 will however fill that space whilst the Kayano 30 will be quite a bit different, giving more diversity in the Asics range.
Hi Prince, Both shoes are quite similar, the Kayano 29 uses more premium materials than the GT 2000 11, most notably in the upper of the shoe using ASICS engineered stretch knit upper. Other things to note are that the Kayano provides more support medially and sits on a 10mm drop whereas the GT 2000 11 is a 8mm drop. For an over-pronated foot you will find the Kayano is a more suitable option. Hope this helps, Happy running.
Case by case, however we have found the Kayano 30 (new model) to be a very successful shoe in our detailed running assessments here at Sportitude. We use accelerometers, video and comfort algorithm to address all key aspects of shoe selection. If you like a lighter softer shoe, happy with a lower heel to toe pitch then the Arahi very nice on the foot aswell. All in all if you can get to a store to try them on, discuss with a technical sales person about the key changes then this will help you decide. Happy Running, Josh

I’d give my vote to the Saucony Tempus. Loved it straight out of the box 👌🏼
It's criminal the Tempus isn't in here. Best and quickest stability shoe I have ever used and I love it!!

What is the difference between Gel Kayano 29 and Gt 2000 11 i want shoes for overprontion?

actually I found that high drops+soft upper made me over pronate, idk why brands keep +8mm
