    Looking forward to trying it out. Have been avoiding chicken on the smoker. Never turns out. Thanks for the insight Jeff.

      Thanks for the comment Brett ! Chicken on the smoker is the best always always spray it with olive oil then season and it always turns out great 275 degrees usually 30 min then flip for another 30 or less probe center make sure it’s at least 160 let rest 15 min you will be 👍fyi meat still cooks when resting it will pass 165 safe temp 😎
