    My pellet grill doesn’t produce smoke at that high a temp.

      @@AlergicToSnow thanks for the comment allergictosnow ! My pitboss smoker like most pellet smokes does produce smoke occasionally as it feeds the pellets at higher temps so actually it’s like a oven and you don’t get the smoke like a real wood smoker that smokes all the time 👍

    Everyone talks Cc, which is important but a 60cc engine can produce drastically different HP. The Husky 460 has 60cc and the 545 I think is 50cc but they both produce e the same HP.

    Everything looked great and tasted even better (I was there). The little taters were bite sized and tasty. The chicken nuggets were bite sized, tender, moist and the taste was phenomenal.

    Cutting the cube steak into bite size pieces is the way to go. More flavor in every bite. Tender and tasty. Plus, you can NEVER go wrong with okra and fries. I was there so I know firsthand. Everything was delicious!!!!

      Thanks for the comment Brian! You are correct about the bite size but I think the flour based chicken rub was better the weekend before I could eat it cold and it was soft and tender wish I made a video on that may have to revisit the cube steak 👍

    Looks great. I am going to look into the slayer seasoning. As for the boneless ribs, I love making a huge mess on my face while trying to get it off the bone. Never the less, Yum!

    My cs-400 would have burned at least 2 tanks of fuel with that much cutting! Maybe it has a smaller tank than the 590?

    For what the 170 is capable of, the power it has for the weight and the durability coupled with the cost of it….completely and totally unbeatable combination, a true knockout punch to the “entry level” class of saw. As far as chaps go….an absolute MUST!! Good info and perspective.

    Get a laser thermometer! Get that griddle over 450 deg and you'll cook off all the seasoning. 400 deg is plenty. Plus you'll save a fortune on Kingsford.

    Dude, when you use the basket, put the basket in the oil and then drop them in like you would if the basket wasn’t there they’ve got a fry a little bit first before they hit the metal or they stick ✌🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    Why did you just cut the backbone out and flatten out that way. Call a spatchcock Or chicken and you wouldn’t have that loose skin and Meet showing and you can use the rib bones to make chicken stock for gravy or whatever you wanna do and the neckbones. Make chicken stock or turkey stock whatever’s still bird I just think it comes out a cleaner bird.

    Where did you find tips that size? They look like what we call riblets in the Midwest, which is the cut off the pork loin rib. Those cook hot and fast and you and you could even rest till it’s eating time. They looked very good to me sir!

    Going to be trying this this weekend! I want to make one comment though.... if y'all cook bacon on the stove in a pan... then take a few paper towels and soak up some of the grease and put it in a zip lock baggy and throw it in the freezer! Use 2 or 3 of these to light your fire with instead of lighter fluid!... tastes way better!!

    How would I clean the grates now if I converted to charcoal? Usually it’s easy cuz with the burners you just turn em up all the way then brush

    Great video. The Allegro marinade was perfect on these. Great flavor that’s mild in strength. So it’s not overpowering and doesn’t make the to salty. Then, the combo of the seasonings, jalapeños, bacon and brown sugar, made these absolutely delicious. Everyone thinks we’re lying when we tell them it’s deer tenderloin.
