    The pork loin was awesome. The combination of injections, seasonings, and glaze that was used created a fantastic flavor.

      Thanks for the comment Brian ! I tell you what if I was going to make fajitas and tacos using brisket I think this way is faster and pretty dang close to tasting better than the beef brisket I would definitely try pork loin fajitas over slaving 12 hrs on a $60 brisket 👍
