- How do you reset your life? To reset my life, I simplify life as much as possible. I look at all areas of my life I can improve, like my health, mindset, and routines to create healthy habits with self-care in mind. Simple living and slow living are my guides to simplifying my life. You can simplify your life too! These life-changing habits can give you the life reset you're looking for. It’s never too late to change your life. If you are feeling stuck, and need a fresh start, it's always good timing to start over.
