Eat healthy life,meditate,walk..i start to minimalism life.declutter alot of stuff 😊
Same ....i am doing yoga for the past 3 years ....I have changed my eating habit...i am doing intermittent fasting....it really calms me down...and now i am trying to detach myself from others for some time being by painting ,drawing...
I've been reading for forty to fifty minutes a day, drinking 600 ml of water at jejum and taking a cold shower every single morning
Staying of additives, alcohol, too much sugar and too much salt.
Daily reading God's word, the Bible, and prayer.

Yes! I was taking notes on her advice to journal with a positive, forward-thinking perspective, and realized - this is what reading the Bible does for me!
But she does yoga too which is a creation of hindus 🤣🤣🤣

I"m 63 years old,handicapped but not bad,I just can"t walk far but I do other things that I think are making up for that.5 years ago I started eating "One meal a day",for me,that":s usually at 5pm.People ask me about it all the time.I tell them,once your body adapts to OMAD,hunger goes away.Most people I encounter are unwilling to try it.(They might starve to death in 4 hours!).I love the way you think.Thanks for your vids.

I live by the ocean down the Jersey Shore. I am there winter and summer. It is the one place I am completely at peace. I also traveled out west and the beauty took my breath away. Utah, Yellowstone, The Tetons and Glacier. Just finding an unexpected little creek to take off my shoes and put my feet in. Daily prayer and readings calm me down.

Spending time in nature and hugging a tree are some of my favorite things to help me calm down and ground myself. Gratitude & meditation in the morning, going for a morning run, reading and more. I am learning what it means to stay in the present moment.

Reading and meditating on God’s word (the Bible).I love to journal also. I also like to create. However I’m enjoying your videos. It truly is a help as far as my spending habits and always jumping at helping and tiring myself out, and when I’m done, I didn’t know how to calm myself down and enjoy being alone quietly. I love to help but it was a habit of mine to volunteer to clean up my children’s house, to help them make right life’s decisions, but that only drained me and they still did what they wanted to do. They listened sometimes, but I was being mom. They are grown and they want to make their own decisions. I have stepped back and I have more peace. Thank you very much.

I watch you so relaxed and it relaxes me. I retired over a year ago and I find myself busier and busier as the days go by. I keep trying to think of what I need to say no to so I can enjoy a slower mode in life. I am beginning to see that I am my boss now and I need to set aside some quiet time .

I walk about 20 mins before work every day. It is my morning coffee so to speak and allows me to be in nature, enjoy fresh air, put things in perspective, a sort of walking meditation. I am building on the things that will enhance my life a this stage. My partner and I would love to move to a place where we could hike in beauty daily if we wanted to. Can I ask how far you are from hiking and your lake? How often you go to them? I worry I am just thinking of an unattainable dream.
I love you and your partners dream of incorporating nature into your daily life. The little lake by the hammock is 1 mile from home. The nearest hiking is 3 miles from home.
Extensive mountain hiking, camping, rafting is 10 miles from home.
I hike 2-3 times a week, and walk to the small lake everyday.

So important to "inject" some beauty to our routine
In the morning I make myself a healthy breakfast, then pray the rosary, do positive affirmations, do some arts and crafts, cook, do household chores..then in the afternoon I take a short nap , drink afternoon tea, watch movies and videos on you tube, then pray before sleeping

Most of these are part of my daily practice. I meditate for half an hour to an hour every day, I walk daily. I have been intermittent fasting for almost three years. One thing I've been focusing on which is akin to your experiences over stuff is to are sure I'm creating more than I'm consuming. Especially in this world of easy social media I need to remind myself that watching a show on gardening isn't the same as picking up a trowel! So I write (novels) paint and draw usually every day. The only other thing I'd add is that I try and do something for others every day, formally (like volunteering) or informally like visiting a sick or lonely friend.

I enjoy the sounds and sights of nature. Sitting in my backyard sorrounded by various trees and listening to the different noises created by the wind as it passes over the leaves.

I love how you read before bed. It's so nice to give our minds a break from screens.
I love this so much! I've been wanting to have a really peaceful Me time but it seems like hard to reach. I have an 8th and 3rd grader both girls that most of the time likes to tease, fight, argue each other and complain for the little things that I asked them to do. It's disappointing sometimes. I need a different perspective in life and daily habits to change my vibe. I love to read but I'm busy doing so many things. The long list that never get done didn't make me feel good. There are times when I don't want to do anything except the basics to survive because I don't have the energy to do things. I think it's time to simplify and prioritize. God bless! ❤️🙏
Having young kids is both challenging and delightful. You and your girls deserve a mom who is happy and filled with light. Try to carve out tiny moments through out the day to be mindful and present. Breathe slowly to a count of ten, walk around the block just noticing life, hug your girls and really hug them. It's in the tiny moments that we experience life. You are right, prioritize so that you can simplify.

A therapist gave me this idea- Make my bed asap and think of 3 things I’m grateful for. It’s a nice habit to get into. My bed is ready for me when I’m ready to crash at the end of the day. Welcoming me into sweet slumber.
