I think it's a pretty easy word to pronounce even if you don't know Scandinavian languages. Especially as English has words "melody" and "festival" too 🌚

Saapasjalkasaukko debatable, he didn’t pronounce it perfectly. It’s hard not to have the the stutter or slowing down in the middle as you should have. The word should be in one go

They really don't fit the Swedish "taste". I tested them when I was on vacation in the US and they are ridiculously sweet. Like I have never had any candy even close to that level of synthetic sugary taste, ate like 3 of them and threw the rest away.

And I'll take anything "just ok" that comes from Europe, over any tv show, sports competition, etc that comes from America.

As a Swede, who loves the Eurovision Song Contest, I'm sorry that Nanne didn't make it to our national final. But I'm convinced that the song, that already has English lyrics, will be a hit. James! You've absolutely made the correct decision to invite Nanne to your show and your Carpool Karaoke!
Nanne Grönvall (as part of a group called One More Time) competed for Sweden in Eurovision Song Contest in 1996 with a beautiful song called "Den Vilda". They came in 3rd place, so if James has actually watched Eurovision his whole life, he must have heard it at some point. Search on RUclips. It's so beautiful.

Her number was actually the one that got most votes from the swedish people but the regional jury liked Martin Stenmarck’s song Las Vegas more and gave him their highest votes so he stole the first place and got to represent sweden that year instead. Y'all should go and listen to Nanne as her voice is AMAZING and she truly has a great voice. Avundsjuk (jealous) is an oldie from Melodifestivalen which is a classic or make Håll Om Mig (Hold Me) or Heaven's On Fire!! She deserves it.
A sidenote is that she is married to the son of Benny Andersson of ABBA :)

One of Nanne's previous bands was "One More Time", they've had a massive hit in Europe in 1992/93: "Highland". It's still on my playlist and I listened to it just a few hours ago. RUclips it :)
