Made it, me and OH ate it all, delish! I noticed that it improved by being kept overnight in the fridge, just an observation, but it was so good and such an easy recipe, I had to make another one this afternoon, tweaked the recipe a little by adding the zest of a large satsuma, replaced 20 grams of yogurt with the juice, it's currently in the oven, fingers crossed!

I think 100 grams would be good. You could toss the chocolate chips in a little of the flour from the recipe. But the batter is quite thick so the chocolate chips shouldn’t sink.

Hi Stephanie. Love your videos. Do you sift your flour before or after you weigh it, or at all?
The weight of the flour is the same whether it’s sifted or unsifted. This is different than when you measure in cups.

Lightly coat fruit or nuts with flour before adding to batter to prevent them from falling to the bottom of the pan.

If lining the bottom of the pan, you can just place the pan on the parchment and then trace and cut.
Going to do that with some yogurts I don't like and add some lemon zest 😅

It does have a brown outer crust. But if it’s over browning it could be the oven temperature is too high.
