This was a really unique cake it’s almost got a bread pudding taste to it. I’ll make it again but will likely add orange zest to it and perhaps increase the sweetness a tad. This would make a good breakfast dessert.

Have the yoghurt at room temperature and beat before adding to the mix to avoid the lumps. Also I would put halves of ripe apricots on top, not nuts
