Simple French Yogurt Pound Cake Recipe

    🇬🇧RECIPE
    Ingredients
    1 cup - 250 ml
    1 1/2 cups of plain flour
    2 tsps of baking powder
    Pinch of salt
    1 cup of sugar
    1 lemon zest, grated
    3/4 cup of Greek or natural yogurt
    1/2 cup of vegetable oil
    2 eggs
    1 tsp of vanilla extract
    Directions
    In a bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt. Set aside.
    In another bowl whisk eggs, sugar, lemon zest, yogurt, oil and vanilla together until well combined.
    Grease a loaf tin (900 g) with some butter and line with the baking paper.
    Fold dry ingredients to the egg mixture and stir until everything is combined.
    Pour the batter into the prepared tim, smooth the top.
    Bake for 50-55 minutes in a preheated to 180°C oven, or until the top of the cake is golden brown and a tester inserted into centre comes out clean.
    Let the cake cool in a pan for 15 minutes, then transfer onto the wire rack to cool completely.
    🇱🇹RECEPTAS - 'Prancūziškas jogurto keksas'
    Ingredientai
    1 puodelis - 250 ml
    1 1/2 puodelio miltų
    2 šaukšteliai kepimo miltelių
    žiupsnelis druskos
    1 puodelis cukraus
    1 citrinos tarkuotos žievelės
    3/4 puodelio graikiško jogurto (arba natūralaus)
    1/2 puodelio aliejaus
    2 kiaušiniai
    1 šaukštelis vanilės ekstrakto
    Gaminimo eiga
    Dubenyje sumaišykite miltus, kepimo miltelius, druską. Padėkite į šalį.
    Kitame dubenyje suplakite kiaušinius, cukrų, citrinos žievelę, jogurtą, vanilę ir aliejų.
    Riebalais patepkite ir kepimo popieriumi išklokite mažos pailgos kepimo formos pagrindą.
    Įmaišykite sausus produktus, tik nepermaišykite.
    Tešlą supilkite į kepimo formą.
    Kepkite apie 50-55 minutes iki 180°C įkaitintoje orkaitėje, arba kol įsmeigus medinį pagaliuką į kekso centrą, jis liks sausas ir švarus.
    Iškeptą keksą 15 minučių palikite formoje ir tik tuomet perkelkite ant grotelių visiškai atvėsti.

    I dont use vegetable oil how much butter?

      I would use same amount melted butter 😉
