      Flour ready mix with baking soda. If you don't have in your country self raising flour add 1 teaspoon of baking soda for 500 g of Plain flour!

      ​@@danh_yummy_foodSurely baking POWDER would give a rise, and a flavour, more similar to that of self-raising flour, than would baking _soda_ which is a different chemical entirely to the raising agent in SR flour?
