I never played well with other women as I wouldn't participate in "petty." Working with men , I found it was always easier as they say what they mean and mean what they say, period. P.S. Men were more inclusive as a general rule.
With my lifestyle, I don't need fancy clothes, just jeans and a sweater. In the summer, capris and a shirt. I don't buy dresses anymore. I don't think you have to wear dresses to be feminine.
My granny had a garden and worked it herself , even at 96 years old. She grew corn, onions purple hull peas, cabbage ,turnip greens, spinach. I know because we broke it up for her. And every once in awhile when she felt bad, we'd weed it. But she did most herself. I miss my granny.
I don’t own makeup, I don’t own a dress or a romper, I shave my legs every other day for almost 9 years now in Fl, garden, lawn care, trash, help with oil change if I can, went fishing growing up, there is nothing I can’t atleast try to help with. I always somewhere in between girly girl and tom boy. I find when we just “embrace” what we already know we don’t love about ourselves then it won’t hurt us as much when someone points it out. 💕🐿️
My Granny and Mom taught me to cook, do laundry, and iron my clothes at 10. A guy in the neighborhood told me they were girly stuff... eww. Four years later we started football... he found out the hard way this linebacker knocked the crap out of him everyday we scrimmaged. And I enjoyed it immensely 😂
God bless granny and mom! Men & women can both cook! My hubby cooks a majority of the time. Not that I can’t cook, cuz let me tell you I can make a mean pot roast and don’t get me started on my home made potato soup. However, I cooked for the first 10 years of our marriage, all while working full time, going to school full time and helping 3 young daughters with their own school projects, 4-H, softball, cheer and the endless sleep overs which felt like they lasted 10 years (with 3 daughters this is indeed no lie), and the hundreds of loads of laundry and household chores. My husband wanted to help some how, so I taught him how to do the laundry and he took over dinners. He really enjoyed cooking so he had no problems taking over this task, however, do not ask this man to wash one ☝️ fork, and I did not. The deal was he would cook and I would wash the dishes, and on the nights I would cook, I would also do the dishes. Trust me it was fair because I only cooked on certain nights and days he wanted my potato soup. I taught him how to make the mean pot roast. At any rate I love 💕 men who can cook, and actually a lot of chefs are men, how ironic. And the young man who doubted you probably still can’t take care of himself!!
Hi Michelle, I'm the same way worked as a CNA for many years. Give me jeans, and sweat pants all day with a hoodie or t-shirt. And married 23yrs. I go deer hunting and fishing as well
I agree with you. I grew up on a farm working with animals gardening and went fishing with my grandpa and LOVED IT! I still live on a farm and gardening and getting my hands dirty.
LOL! I complained to someone that my barrettes weren’t even, and she said her daughter has a saying, in reference to our eyebrows, boobs, ears, etc…”they’re sisters, not twins, they shouldn’t be exactly the same.” 😂
There is a local business that I have always bought my power equipment from, chainsaw, and Honda comm mowers, every purchase I receive a handwritten thank you note from them.
I grew up on a farm, I can work in the field, the barn with horses, and helped work on tractors as well as cars. Her accent is so sweet! But when I go out, I'm dressed nice and try to look nice. I'm the barefoot queen lol. I'm also 58 yrs old and still like getting dirty. You girls are my peeps 😊
Oh my gosh I'm commenting as I'm watching your video but men who manscape called "metrosexual" and literally I was having a conversation with my 13 year old son yesterday and we were having this very discussion! I brought up that word amongst other things. The whole conversation is basically what you're talking about right now.
Hahaha... THIS! 😂 I'm right there with ya, girl! I'm 57, Gramma of 7 and I have not only had a HoG (Harley) , in a biker "club" for 25+years, but I was a Bounty Hunter in Az (before DoG was cool) for several years. I was an Owner and player in Full contact Women's Semi Pro Football for 4 years at age 44. I had stayed active in Co-ed sports like baseball, kickboxing, rugby and soccer my entire adult Life... Like you Michelle, I'm a guys girl and yet ALL girl and Love a nice lookin' rugged ( but can clean up nicely) Man!! Lol I'm so sick of society's "attempts" to manipulate and brainwash our fellow sisters' into thinking it's "Cool' to say something sh*tty to another Woman. So much of it has to do with this whole "Alphabet labelling" too, it just boils my blood! I worked on my Harley myself and I fish, hunt, and can live a Subsistence Life IF need be. I live in Alaska, so I'd BETTER be! Haha But yes girl, in 💯 with ya, those "Girls" who do the "calling out" of other women, WISH they could do half the MANUAL labor. It's called "being envious" & "deflecting" because they could only "dream" of being as STRONG as we are. 😂🌷🙌🇺🇲🫎🌟✝️ 2 things to ASSURE a Happy Life... "Dios e Familia" - God & Family Great topic & vlog!! 🎉 .
I think it’s kind of funny because anyone that works in the yard or factory. I worked in a factory and took my kids into the garden. I am feminine. Accents don’t make or break the woman
😂 I'm making my 23 year old daughter watch this video. I have been subscribed to you for quite awhile. I love your realness. But omgosh! This one had tears of laughter running down my face. I really believe my daughter will absolutely love this video. We will see. Thank you for being real!
As a female 100% agree with you! We are held to impossibily high standards. Two decades ago, at age 50, I said no more and I don't give a rats behind what anyone thinks.
I trained horses worked in the garden! Drove over the road. Then became your friendly UPS driver. After I blew my back out, I became a respiratory therapist. We are all a mix and can do anything we want!
Buahaha I drove semi trucks coast to coast for 15yrs because it was one of the better paying jobs out there for me!! Was I still "feminine" you betcha...got hit on more times than I care to count and actually met my husband in a truck stop because he didn't keep tools in his truck and I did😉. I changed headlights, wiper blades, checked ALL the fluids and tire pressures. I've adjusted the brakes on trailers etc etc because we HAD to know those things in order to pass the CDL test. I have also changed the oil in my personal vehicle and changed flats!! Can I dress up with the best of em, sure I just don't do dresses much but a nice pair of jeans, blouse and blazer and dress boots are sexier to me than most anything and apparently my hubby thinks so too.
Born and bred country Australia with hard working women as my role models who worked the land and multi tasked,my grandmother raced cars for fun,my daddy would have me digging for worms in a chicken pen for so we could go fishing,i was married young and i raised my boys my husband worked 24 hour shifts so if i needed my tires changed or my car fixed i did it myself,my husband and i owner built a five bedroom steel frame house by ourselves and i could beat almost any man in a arm wrestle but when i went out or shopping my hair was perfect, my heels and makeup were on,so whoever wrote that comment to that beautiful young lady good luck finding and keeping a man, sending love to all the squirrel tribe.❤
Hi 👋.. is it just me or do I wait for the next video from a Great RUclipsr. My wife is the same way as far as " good luck going anywhere lol." Another Great Video.
You said it! We should be building each other up. I work out, hunt, fish, camp, hike and even chop wood with my husband because we enjoy being together outside and being active. I know I am not as strong as my husband and its perfectly fine. I applaud the woman who can enjoy and afford the spa days and looking her best because it makes her feel good, its not my thing but its also not my business how a woman defines her own fun. You do you and be the best you for yourself.
Oh my goodness, these young women need a rea!ity check. I was born into a family that had me fishing when I was 3 years old. My dad wanted a son but he had me a rough and tumble daughter. I cannot te!l you how many times that I would have to put bait on my mom's fishing hook. Yes, I would touch wiggly worms and put a hook through it. I was also the young woman who would clean this fish in my driveway with my mom for an entire afternoon as our neighbors would slowly drive by and give me weird looks. I did not fit in with anyone in my high school what so ever and I did not care. Now at 50 years old I am outside moving wood helping my husband. When the grass needs cutting I am out there doing that too. My daughter at almost 17 is little mini me and is an upstanding young woman who does not mind getting her hands dirty either. My husband and I with our daughter work well together and it makes our life easier.
I grew up with 4 older brothers, I was adopted as a baby because my mom wanted a girl, it didn't work out as well as she thought it would, I'm a tomboy. What did she expect? LOL
You are by far one of my most favorite RUclipsrs! You are honest, smart and I can relate to you. Thank you for this post! Women should not be defined by anything. If someone wants to wear dresses, great! If someone wants to be a size 14 over a size 4, or visa versa, great! If someone prefers leggings over jeans, great! As long as you are comfortable! Women should only concern themselves with another woman if we see another woman down! But tearing each other down is not something we should be interested in doing nor should we take happiness in. What’s good for one woman may not work for another, but the last thing we should be, is judgmental humans. That’s half of the problems women face. SMH 🤦♀️ just support each other that’s all we need to do in life. Women can be so awful to each other. We are the most strongest people, we grow tiny humans for Pete sake, just be good to each other. ~ And I think the word you are looking for is metrosexual ~
We worked out in the field on the farm.. We plucked chickens we did it all and raised kids.. We cut tobacco pick corn Pick cotton we lived in Georgia.. And I consider myself a woman.. I don't wear makeup all the time but if I go out I do.. I have changed brakes on cars my daddy taught me.. I checked my oil my water changed tires so what is wrong with that... People are crazy just know that LOL
Pppffttt! I LOVE to hunt and fish! I'm the one in our household that builds stuff, knows the basics about cars, getting my hands dirty, etc. I can be super feminine, but some of those 'boy things' are cool! The haters out there are just jealous!
You are so awesome. I love the way you look at things. I'm 64, I'm all country, my hubby is 14 years younger than me, and he thinks I'm sexy 😊. I think the same way you do about life.
Most women are like us tomboys. I have tended bar on and off for years now and most gals that went out were/are more on the comfortable side of life then putting on 2 tons of make up, dresses and whatnot. The real girly girls are far and few, at least where we live. The guys out here also will gravitate towards the tomboys, they're farmers, they could always use the help.
Was a tomboy too from the git go hangin' upside down on my rope swing and have done wide range of jobs from working in a law office, a brewery..Navy secretary and rescue animals on the side. Back in the day I could hike, bike and kayak all day and doll up and disco all night. The only time I felt people tried to label me was when I became a cheerleader. Was a small school, I fit the hand me down uniforms and could do flips and hold the teeny girls up in the air with my strong legs. Had so many adventures and at 65 I'm still doin' me like me. Really just wanted to tell you I developed acid reflux from that Jif Natural..never had it before. Went back to the plain old jif and no more reflux. Love watching you and you are a real treat in this phoney world. You and Kevin have great synchronicity too...Keep living that best life.🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
I enjoyed your video. I belive that you should be able to take care of yourself and family. It wonderful Hannah can hunt, fish, work on houses and helps her dad. Great she is self sufficient. So many so called girlie girls can't or won't do anything that requires their hands getting dirty and they will NOT survive if something happened. You can be self sufficient and still be a girl. Hannah is pretty and still is girlie but she is also able to be self sufficient. I'm proud of people like that. You are adorable and I'm pretty sure you can be self sufficient if you had to be. I enjoy seeing you talk about important issues people need to here about.
That was good when you said ," good luck Kevin gettn away from me " haha I laughed out loud when I heard you say that haha. That was funny lmao Love your channel!
Oh my, how they would hate me!! That's what my channel is all about! I do everything myself, there is no man around. I do everything repairs, cooking, gardening and EVERYTHING. I also speak out telling women they can do it too. The only limitations are the one you put on yourself!
That's crap, ps 31 🙌🏾 woman can do it all, virtuous ❤ she do her, but some women don't have a choice, especially in rural areas, farming, etc... nothing wrong with a woman hunting, fishing whatever. Sometimes there isn't a Man around. It's survival ❤
I agree so much ! I love waiting tables , I’ve worked my dad’s kitchen cabinet remodeling company ! I Love how that girl is I Love her accent she sounds like she’s from the Carolina’s ❤❤❤❤
You can make PB Fudge with that!! use frosting and 2 cups of peanut butter Put in the microwave for 30 seconds then mix well and put in 9x9 in the freezer for 30 to 45min I use the cream chesse one from Betty Crocker, My son loves this so much he wanted it for his Birthday not a cake I agree with you on being nice to everyone you never know what they are going through
Love your extra happy vibe today! My father worked away from home, so my mother had to learn fast how to do things traditionally reserved for the man of the house. She taught her 3 daughters. Certain things I just don't want to do, changed a flat on my SUV once and concluded that should remain a man's job. Don't mind breaking a sweat and getting my hands dirty but, now that my 16-year-old son is big and strong, he does most of the heavy lifting🤣
19:33 Michelle I thought I was the only one 🤣🤣🤣 I'm a girly girl but I love guns and sports. I fight when provoked. I work on the car with my husband. We have worked Construction together. We are remodeling our house together. We work in the yard together. We both get dirty and sweaty. When we go out on a date or vacation, I dress up. We also both love to fish. We have loaded scrap metals and took the loads to the junkyard. We have cleaned out buildings that most people wouldn't touch. I have short nails in the summer because I always end up breaking them all off doing manual labor. We eat wild game and fish. The list goes on. I'm happy and he's happy and the rest of the world can Piss off if they don't like it and I love UFC and Tai quando.
I totally understand how you feel. We women can be hands on with getting down in the dirt and being who we are!!! Why do people have to be so rude about others? Women need to love who they are. That brings out the true beauty of people.
People think I'm weird because I like Bugs and spiders And When I used to walk to school in the morning This was back in the 80s And it was raining I would pick up all the worms from the sidewalk so they didn't get stepped on. But I'm completely with you on the hunting animals thing I could not ever do that I love animals way too much. I don't think I could even do it even if I had to.
I thing I'm a women, I work hard, work jobs in construction, timber, dug ditches ,and baby settled, nursing homes ,elder care , Gardening and so on. I hunt , clean my hunt, and can on work a farm .even work on cars in the day . Raise my children, and than some social caring too. Well I am just me. Married 51 years to the same man . God's so good to me .be you ,be true ,honest and respectful. Live your life.
Ha ha, even the mail. Lol. I love that you appreciate a hand mailed letter :) have you watched Queenpin on Netflix? Vince Vaughn would love you! Lol you are my twin... It's Wednesday! 😂 So me! Thanks for the intelligent rant :)
I am with ya! I have a prop management business, we clean houses/businesses and do interior painting - I rode dirt bikes with the boys my entire childhood lol most of my friends my entire life have been male because I had such bad experiences trying to hang with the girlie girls - didn’t like it - was not me and grateful for that 💯 ♥️
I can be both. I drive my own side by side pulling my little fishing boat and back it into the pond , fish, and pull it out myself. I plant flowers. And I can dress up and put on makeup and look like a million bucks(not really lol) and go to church or a wedding. If the garbage disposal is broke or the windshield wipers need changed I fix it or do it. I was raised on a farm cutting wood, feeding farm animals and learned a lot about gardening. I cook, clean, bake, make homemade pickles. I grill. I can sew anything from a table cloth to a prom dress. I played every sport in high-school. I workout at the gym. I love seeing others be good at whatever they like. I don't look down on anyone who can't do any of the above and I am proud of them if they can. Women are so hard on each other! We need to do better!!
I never have cared at ALL what anyone has said about me or thought about me. I don't give a *hit. At all. That's why I'm happier than everyone else. I farm. Hard. I build houses..timber frames...yup. Before that I was a heavy equipment auctioneer😂 All with my liquid eyeliner on point.
Hey, I'm a Hellcat Challenger driving woman, and while I can, appreciate doing things for myself....whatever way you go & what you do, I say be yourself 😊
She does the noodling thing for HUGE Catfish and also hunts for her food along with her father which she lives with! Awesome person in person but anyways she is cool.
Michelle, i grew up in the high mountain desert in NE Calif. I grew up working on a 50,000 acre cattle ranch, driving jeeps and tractors at 9, riding and roping, throwing hay, it was also a private hunting facility that we had to cater to the rich. I also grew up hunting and fishing to fill the freezer to last throughout the year especially winter where we would get 4-6 ft of snow sometimes more. I'm 64. I own NO dresses, skirts, high heels or fancy panties & bras, no makeup. I was married 32 years before he cheated and died. I spend my days in jeans or sweats and t shirts or hoodies. I'm perfectly fine! I also grew up playing softball, basketball and volleyball, throughout high school and college and continued afterwards and coached. I ran track. Biked everywhere. I was a downhill slalom racer.😊 Hang in there, can't fix the stupid in the world🙄
I worked at home improvement co for 25 yrs I drove forklifts in loaded trucks etc. the last yrs . I worked the garden center I loaded concrete , patio blocks , pallets of mulch and dirt into the back of pickups and trailers , while the able bodied men watched. I’m not complaining mind you but I was at that time in my sixties I retired at69. I loved my job . I came home dirty and could become girly after a hot shower. I worked in heat 100 degree and in winter selling Christmas trees in loading , stocking them bagging and tying them on cars. In the spring we get a bunch part time young men and girls and can’t tell you how many quit after two weeks. Work ethic is sad. But the ones that stayed were usually the women and some of the guys college age and older. Thanks for actually seeing the rest of the real world
Enjoy your tea! Love this channel and whatever you discuss. Really positive content.
She is feminine, she's also country. Women raised on farms and ranches are just taught different.
Housework is manual labor. How many times do women move the furniture around to make the house better?
I never played well with other women as I wouldn't participate in "petty."
Working with men , I found it was always easier as they say what they mean and mean what they say, period.
P.S. Men were more inclusive as a general rule.
🎉🎉🎉

Same here. Miss mine to. She been gone 34 years.
My go to response for anyone negative opinion of me is " if I wanted disapproval I would have told my dad /asked my dad"

Kids are mean !
Well, schoolyard bullies are just keyboard bullies now. Those bullies do not matter!
Hi Michelle, I'm the same way worked as a CNA for many years. Give me jeans, and sweat pants all day with a hoodie or t-shirt. And married 23yrs. I go deer hunting and fishing as well
We can be girly or tomboys, but when we identify as a cat or a person of the opposite sex, then there's a prooblem.
❤
I'm not a girly girl either!! I love sports, cars and have had many manual labor jobs!! I'm proud of who I am!! My husband loves me as I am too!!!
Same. I barely wear make up or dresses, but sometimes I love getting all dressed up.
I agree with you. I grew up on a farm working with animals gardening and went fishing with my grandpa and LOVED IT! I still live on a farm and gardening and getting my hands dirty.
Be afraid Kevin, be afraid!!! OMG, that got a good belly laugh!
Hahaha your halarious! I hate the rompers too i know exactly what you mean! 😅
She is adorable. She is comfortable with who she is and makes no apologies.
You looking GOOD girl!
❤️

She also catches 50 lb plus catfish with her bare hands to
I wanna try that!
I totallly understand ur description of how u dress and make up and everything ❤❤❤❤❤
Pppffttt! I LOVE to hunt and fish! I'm the one in our household that builds stuff, knows the basics about cars, getting my hands dirty, etc. I can be super feminine, but some of those 'boy things' are cool! The haters out there are just jealous!
I can TOTALLY relate on the bun thing! I HATE my hair touching me! Its so weird but I feel ya!
She's Awesome and so are You.
100% Every word you said "it's all good. You do you, boo!"
Yes, yes, yes. Great message for younger girls!
So great
Good luck getting away Kevin it's not happening😂😂❤ I absolutely love you you are so cute and funny. I love your whole family
Whatever floats your boat, do it!!!
You are so awesome. I love the way you look at things. I'm 64, I'm all country, my hubby is 14 years younger than me, and he thinks I'm sexy 😊. I think the same way you do about life.
Glad you liked the letter. I found that cute stationary at Half Price Books. 🙂
I love you girl! I've got both too. Take care of my own car except for serious repairs. Still feminine though!
You and Kevin have great synchronicity too...Keep living that best life.🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
I’m EXACTLY the same way. Who tf wants hair on their neck all the time or to be on the toilet naked bc we wore a DRESS?!🤔🤦♀️ no ty!💯
When I die I'm having... GET WELL SOON.., PUT ON MY GRAVE STONE 🤣🤣🤣
I agree 100%
I saw that yesterday & I absolutely love Hannahs accent and the beautiful young woman she is ❤
Been a tomboy all my life. I can build decks, shoot and clean a rifle, fish, change my own oil and tires, etc. My old man loves me as is.
I fish, my dad taught his daughters to take care of our cars. We helped our friends with their cars and our husband's.
I agree so much ! I love waiting tables , I’ve worked my dad’s kitchen cabinet remodeling company ! I Love how that girl is I Love her accent she sounds like she’s from the Carolina’s ❤❤❤❤
Happy Hump Day #2!!!🐪❤❤❤
I watched that video of Hanna and thought of you.
Kevin did too, lol. He was like "she is you, you are her".
i admire your natural beauty
You can make PB Fudge with that!! use frosting and 2 cups of peanut butter Put in the microwave for 30 seconds then mix well and put in 9x9 in the freezer for 30 to 45min I use the cream chesse one from Betty Crocker, My son loves this so much he wanted it for his Birthday not a cake I agree with you on being nice to everyone you never know what they are going through
Good girl, you redeemed yourself at the end !!! HAPPY HUMPDAY !!
Just went to her channel and subbed, so there!😂
You crack me up. 😂 I do agree, if you don’t like what you’re playing with-GO PLAY WITH SOMETHING ELSE. 🙄
I stumbled across your channel and am thoroughly enjoying it and your energy! Thanks for keeping our daily lives interesting and real.
Tuesday? No, today's hump day! Hope it's happy!!
I was late cuz I was outside getting my hands dirty cleaning up a couple flower beds ... love it!!
Hanna is a doll luv her way and her heart ! All women should be just a little like her. Her accent south Alabama gets me every time
Screw competing with each other ! Not everyone wants a clone ! Please be you !!
As my mom always said if you have nothing nice to say keep your mouth shut.
I use to hunt with my husband until I got hurt and can't anymore!!! Love our garden!!!
Don't forget Rosie The Riveter during wartime!!
You, my dear are GENUINE 🤩 Thank You for just being you ❤️
I love my kitchen and hate it at the same time I do more in my bathroom. Crazy
I thing I'm a women, I work hard, work jobs in construction, timber, dug ditches ,and baby settled, nursing homes ,elder care ,
Gardening and so on.
Love this page and your family! You’re awesome 👏 this is my favorite channel 🐿️! Thank you for being straightforward and just being you !
Hey, I'm a Hellcat Challenger driving woman, and while I can, appreciate doing things for myself....whatever way you go & what you do, I say be yourself 😊
My dream car (in manual only) 😍
She does the noodling thing for HUGE Catfish and also hunts for her food along with her father which she lives with! Awesome person in person but anyways she is cool.
Yes I agree on the tombstone. Snarky LOL😂 They will punch out on the granite anything you want❤
I was a downhill slalom racer.😊 Hang in there, can't fix the stupid in the world🙄
THOSE WHO JUDGE DNT MATTER THOSE WHO MATTER DNT JUDGE luv ya Michelle ❤
Thanks for actually seeing the rest of the real world
Those Sand Cloud towels are fabulous! The more you use them the better they get ! You will LOVE it! 🩵🩵🧜♀️
100 % agree ! They are the future !
