I'm a cal counter who follows sw as I like the healthy parts of the plan and it is an easy plan to follow. I think it's ur wise to be calorie aware as sw can allow you to overeat a lot and some free foods esp white carbs and high fat meats need to have syns in my oppinion. When avocados become part of a healthy option & syn sugar free fizzy pop I will take the plan seriously. Claw it back & weigh in when ready as no need to weekly weigh.
