I love this shit. I was leaving a concert once downtown when we heard this woman screaming. All the sudden this dude comea flying around the corner and the guy I was with was a linebacker for IU and he planted the criminal into the concrete and I had my knee drove between his shoulder blades. The guy was in tears begging me to let him go. NFW pal. It took 20 minutes for thw cops to show up. His back had to be killing him

Could someone tell me what Citizens Arrest is????
A citizen's arrest is the act of placing someone under arrest (when you're a civillian) for a preceived crime. You can use pepper spray, a taser and handcuffs to immobilise the criminal until the police arrive to make a proper arrest with criminal charges.
