This really helped cause i'm in philly... In my case my lawn looks like crap a lot of weeds so i purchased the Tenacity which came in the mail today... I'll have to use starter fertilizer w/o weeds. I cannot wait till my lawn is established to use the Milto because i've been so many good videos from its use. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
I should pay you instead of trugreen. I really need to get my lawn game up again. The new house needs a lot of help with the lawn. New construction home lawn so it’s really patchy a lot of weeds and disease in it and not thick at all. Any recommendations being I’m in northern nj and it’s almost July?
Too late into the season to really seed or fertilize, you could throw some weed treatment down now just to cut back on the weeds before fall, and then in fall do the full aerate, seed, fert treatment. That will start to come up in fall and by spring you will be off to a great start.
Usually I leave it, I’m mowing low the last mow of the year anyways so I try and mow a few days to a week before so it’s not too drastic. That way I’m only taking off maybe an inch
Andy Sedar I mention the importance of watering a few times throughout the video. Like in the seeding section making sure to keep your seed moist will help growth. I mention that I will apply fertilizer right before it rains etc. But I don’t go in depth with how often, that all really depends on how much rain I actually get. Lately I’ve watered more since the brutal summer. But generally in the spring and fall I don’t water at all I just let Mother Nature do it’s course and plan putting stuff down based on incoming rain.
Never would have thought you had a lawn video. I think we just became best friends 🤣
hahaha thanks man! more to come!

Do you bag the clipping for the last mow before winter or do you leave it on the lawn as fertilizer? Thanks and very informative video.

Did you mention if or how often you water?
