I was initially really disappointed by how the filter made my footage look. Thanks for showing how you can toggle just the light or colour, I’d missed that and it was the fix I needed!
@@finalcutproclasses I've been using this trial for a long time, maybe if I update the software I'll lose the trial period on the process... anyway, thanks for the reply, I highly appreaciate it.
I think it is terrible. I tried it and it took a beautifully lit morning light and turned it into a flat cool light. I tried it over and over again and it would actually take a golden hour shot and made it flat. I will stick to doing my own grading the way I want.
It really depends on the original footage. AI can improve some shots but most times you have to do some manual tweaking. So still the old saying is true.. “if you want it done right, you gotta do it yourself”. Wait a couple years though and I bet it will be so much better. 😉

The more you know the better it gets. So glad it helped you out 😀
Thank you,
You’re welcome glad I could help.
You’re welcome!
I'm using Final Cut Pro Trial and I don't have this feature :(
That’s strange I would think the trial would have it too… maybe you just need to update the FCP software.🤔

Not bad at all.
Thanks!
