I have been debating on whether to get a rooftop tent or "rough it with a ground tent" and I think I'm going to keep it old school and just do a nice ground tent since I only camp a handful of times each year :)

I've gone through the whole "gotta have all the cool gear" to shedding a lot of the stuff I really don't need. almost a backpackers load out. going to a folding pan like yours was one of my favorite. packs easy, cleans easy. little to no maintenance. and, Congrats Mike!

Thank you for saying what you did about overlanding. Living in the Southeast we are limited in where we can go. Also some of us cant afford the high dollar gear so we have to run what we bring even my 2010 Nissan Titan 2WD. Keep on Keeping brother and long time viewer.
