Sometimes I feel down about "being born in he wrong generation", but right now I'm having a weird revelation. Maybe this is where I'm supposed to be, loving the history and possibly reviving it one day. Music like this doesn't deserve to fade out.

This Band came along and was well Loved immediately by Grungers everywhere, it was the media and music elitists that hated on these guys. Calling them the British Nirvana or Pearl Jam is a huge compliment, it's exactly what they were going for.
Yup, they weren't popular with people who realized that there was a difference between Sonic Youth and Veruca Salt, or Mudhoney and Candlebox. Combine that with the change in musical style to jump on a bandwagon(their early sound was described as INXS lite), and the past of one member in one of the least respected bands in recent British modern music(Transvision Vamp, who I admittedly like a lot more than Bush, at least they were trying to combine different styles together), and you can understand why they had issues with credibility. Well, also watch the video for Teen Spirit and then watch this, and figure out which ones are living the life, and which ones are playing the part on tv.
