    Enjoyed your last video very much. I know how hard it is to add the Coastal Cutthroat to the California Heritage Trout Challenge. Beautiful Cutthroat you caught. Very relieved you decided not to “catch and cook” what appeared to be one of the few remaining wild Cutthroat trout in that stream,

    The HurdyGurty part seems lie perfect tenkara water.

      Yeah, that makes sense. I'm not a Tenkara person myself, but it does seem like it would be good for that style. If you try it, please let me know how it goes.

    We had very similar results on the North Fork . Dozens of baby steelhead and one pure Coastal Cutthroat
