- To finish the clay sculpture, this very simple technique allows me to achieve a cool smoothing effect by brushing the texture of the sculpt.

Whats citrus spray can u please inform me thanks
Thanks for sharing your knowledge, man. Super helpful!
I appreciate it! Comment any questions your have in the future.
Great vid, but where's the link for the brushes?
Thanks for the tips! Will this effect the reusability of the clay at all?
No not really. It is an oily substance than blends into the clay (which is oil-based), assuming you use the same products as in the video.
Before reusing the clay, I recommend heating it up or melting it in crock-pot. You can stir it together so that oils do not separate. I actually have a video on crockpots here: ruclips.net/video/mvacUvaV0E0/видео.html
Great tips!!!
Thanks!
I'm not sure what you mean by "citrus spray" - I see Goo Gone on the bottle but I assume that's not the actual product - can you elaborate please
In this kind of play, I never know if it's done sloppy, finished or not. Personally, only hyperrealism interests me. However, I came here because of the smoothing technique of such plasticine / clay. I avoid chemicals, so such a fluid is out of the question. Probably only the method of heating the surface and then quickly smoothing it out
I know right!!!!..he is not telling us what product to buy , he is just showing that GOO GONE bottle ..like really!?!?!?!?!?!?!🧐
