Star Wars Outlaws Just Got A HUGE Space Open World Gameplay Update!

- In this Star Wars Outlaws gameplay news update video we breakdown the new Star Wars Outlaws space open world gameplay and combat details from a new Game Informer interview with Star Outlaws developers. Last video, we broke down new Star Wars Outlaws customization & DLC details that were revealed by Massive Entertainment! Recently, we got the Star Wars Outlaws Official Story Trailer and did a frame by frame breakdown of the brand new story trailer! This Star Wars Outlaws trailer confirmed that Crimson Dawn and Zerek Besh will be in the game! We also learned a ton of new Star Wars Outlaws story, gameplay, and open world details. We learn that Lady Qi’ra from Crimson Dawn will be featured in this game!
Recently, we broke down the announcement of a brand new Ubisoft Forward in June that should give us a great look at new Star Wars Outlaws gameplay details! We also learn that the Star Wars Outlaws release date is August 30th and will feature a standard edition, gold edition, and ultimate edition. There will be a Star Wars Outlaws season pass that will feature story DLC and cosmetic DLC! We have broke down all of the space gameplay as well as the combat and customization details that we know about space for Star Wars Outlaws. We have discussed an interview with Julian Gerighty where he discusses new planet details and new details about the reputation system in Star Wars Outlaws. We also discussed what Outlaws needs to get right when it comes to the open world gameplay and the challenges Star Wars Outlaws faces to become one of the best Star Wars games.
Star Wars Outlaws is the upcoming Ubisoft Star Wars Open World game made by Massive Entertainment. The Star Wars Outlaws release date is currently set for 2024 on PlayStation 5 (PS5), Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. The game is set between the events of The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi where players will become Kay Vess, a clever scoundrel in the galactic underworld. The article from Star Wars states that the Star Wars Outlaws story will feature Kay “looking to attempt one of the biggest heists the Outer Rim has ever seen, all in an effort to start an new life”. Although Star Wars Outlaws is a new & original single player story with exciting new characters, we still got some familiar Star Wars planets & characters in the new trailer. This includes: Han Solo frozen in carbonite, Jabba the Hutt, Crimson Dawn, Pyke Syndicate, Canto Bight, Cantonica (The Last Jedi), Tatooine, & Kijimi (The Rise of Skywalker).
Needless to say we are INCREDIBLY excited for this game and can’t wait for more Star Wars Outlaws gameplay, trailers, story details, and news updates to breakdown and analyze on the channel!

My only concern with this game is not even about the game, it's the idea that ubisoft can just decide to remove the game from yoyr library if they feel like it.

August can't come quick enough, hopefully we will get more news and footage to enjoy before it arrives. I wanna play asap. But, if there's any bugs or such hopefully they'll discover them and put fixes in a day-one patch. 😁

Thanks for the update. I totally agree regarding the Starfield comment. Incredibly repetitive. Initially it was cool but got old hat really fast and mind-numbingly boring. Yet already with SWO trailer and gameplay footage there is so much more going on in space and within the ship. Everything seems so alive, not hollow and empty.

I am so excited for this game, but I do wonder if there are going to be puzzles on the planets we visit and explore. Maybe ancient ruins too, the ancient ruins are doubtful but it's good to always have hope. Also, if there aren't any puzzles that's okay too. I'm just excited for this game.

lol I have a feeling that all those Ubisoft haters on all the other youtube channels are going to be left with cow shite on their faces lmao ! (claiming its Woke , that Ubisoft is locking Dlc behind paywalls Etc etc etc ) Look i'm not an Ubisoft fan myself , but in saying that I'm not a hater either they do make some great stuff , infact their last game I played was Avatar and really enjoyed it , i'm giving them the benefit of the doubt as they say , lets just hope they live up to the hype .

@@AnestNightroadTrue, for a lot of folks, however I don't mind just getting the base game, all you get with the Jabba quest is a few little sneak missions, get caught by Jabba and have to escape in a slave Leia style bikini in a very annoying avoid being seen get caught start over sneak mission, not missing much to be honest and it is not like it wont drop in price.

Just pre ordered the gold edition (since the ultimate version is digital only.) the last few ubi games I played were really fun so pretty much excited about this one. Course, Ubi being Ubi it’ll be a bit downgraded but it’s sure to have good gameplay. I’m replaying the Star Wars Jedi games while I wait for

Star Wars: The Old Republic is probably the only SW media that I have seen that depicts space stations that aren’t the Death Star. In the game you come across dozens of large stations and story missions that take place on one off stations.

I’m excited but I recently found out about the Jabba DLC costing $40 extra so I’m gonna wait and not preorder
When you spend 70$ on a game and can't get the full game it raises a red flag for me.
Get the base, wait some time and then buy DLC. It's not that Jabba storyline is in DLC, just that specific mission for him. But if that would be another Pyramid side quest, then man you miss almost nothing. So if you decide to get the game and that one thing stop you, still get the game and ignore that DLC.

Everyone, please have hope about Outlaw's success because Ubisoft is going to have accountability not only to the fans but to Disney. Just look at what happened to Star Wars Battlefront from EA and how Disney came down hard on EA back in 2017 😮. SWKOTOR did an amazing job, back in 2003, of space travel between planets including having to defend the Ebon Hawke during space journeys.
Now just make the lead character my attractive an not a man an I'm in..lol

Hahahaha 😂 A change address? How about completing and polishing a da** game for once, MASSIVE. Remember, they made broken games for many previous years. I.e. remember the amazing launch video for Division 1? None of it ever occurred. I enjoyed the game but it was 10% of what was promised 8+ years after. Division 2 still has clothing glitches and along with For Honor is worked on forever. It’s Massive, they take after Bethesda. Outlaws is a single player game, with season passes and )$130 or you miss story content, missions and characters.

I still hope we see more characters, it’s ok if Jedi show up in the game. You are obviously going to be joking the rebels and empire. You not playing as a Jedi isn’t a big deal. Just hope it’s a decent Star Wars game (future Hollywood actor here btw)
