yess, manifestation is THE secret weapon! about rice water, it mostly works for all skin types, but oily skin would benefit the most from it as it tightens pores. i recommend that you store it in the refrigerator, so that it can last up to 1 week. outside the refrigerator, it would only last for a day or two, so make sure that you make a small enough quantity

Serum is concentrated product containing vit c, niacinamide, salicylic acid, etc. You don't have to use both, but if you use both, you'll get even glowier 'k-pop idol' skin :)
