Giannis makes those 3 open layups he missed and Portis & Connaughton hit those wide open threes he set them up with, and now all of a sudden Giannis has a 30+/20+/10+ triple double (has only happens twice in postseason history)
All of that could have easily have happened yet the Bucks would still get blown out. They were simply outmatched and without their second all star.
Hakeem doesn’t go back to back in ‘95 if Clyde Drexler gets hurt either (Clyde averaged 33 points 9 rebounds & 4 assists in elimination games in those playoffs and was also Dream’s closer during that whole run)

If you play amazing and lose, that’s not choking. It just means that your team wasn’t good enough. as was the case with the bucks and Giannis. Outside of giannis, bucks had no other scorer. Jrue holiday was supposed to be the second scorer for the bucks and he shoot 36% from the field and 30% from 3 and had to shoot 25 times a game just to get to 20 points. Connaughton, hill, matthews, portis, Lopez, and Allen were all atrocious in the series. It’s a miracle that the series went to 7 games. It should have been 4-1 Celtics.
Jrue and Lopez should be the ones being called out for choking.
He didn't choke. He was just gassed. When you are tired you lose easy baskets that you usually make. And seeing his teammates not able to help, made him take up more shots that he usually disses out to KMid or his other shooters. It's not irrelevant that he was worse at the 4th quarters of the last games. That's being tired. And don't compare him to Kd..Kd gets his points the easy way: he shoots jumpshots. Giannis has to fight hard for his points against big bodies under the hoop. That's a whole different ballgame...

It's complicated with Giannis, because yes he played "somewhat" mediocre for his standards at game 7 but in the previous ones he was in god mode, he also had a historic playoff performance (and they still lost). So, basically Giannis gets no pass because he failed to carry a team by himself to the finals, a second time? I understand your logic but all the stars you mentioned KD, Harden had super teams around them, that's why they get no pass, but Giannis, if you remove him from the Bucks, they are instantly a mediocre team, he does a lot for them on both offense and defense. He only scored 25 points at game 7 (along with 20 rebounds and 9 assists) and not 60, so it's automatically on him?

The series only went to 7 games because the Celtics chocked in 2 of those 7 games. Series should have been 4-1 Celtics. jrue Holiday was supposedly the bucks second best player in the series and their second scorer and he shot 36% from the field and 30% from 3. Dude had to shoot 20-25 times a game just to get to 20 points.
