    In this exercise video Meredith is guiding you through an all standing, abs and core workout using a single dumbbell for added resistance.
    Strengthening your core section is a great way to add stability to everyday activities like carrying groceries, walking up and down stairs and sitting and standing. Including an abs and core exercise in your weekly routine will help you build up this strength over time.
    For this routine, a single dumbbell (use a weight that works for you: 3lb, 5lb or 10lb) is being used to add resistance to these moves for extra work. You can also just follow along and do range of motion movements if you don't want to use added weight.
    This is an advanced exercise so make sure to preview this workout before you begin. Only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don't cause any pain or discomfort. Keep your water close by and take break when you need to.
