I'm coming back to this video after all these years because it made me realize something super important that then followed me throughout the years.
As a teen I was always waiting for a feeling of happiness, as if I had to make the big picture look perfect.
But you actually just gotta catch a glimpse of the small things that make you smile every day. Nothing makes you happy till you look at your days into detail. In everything you do, there's a small thing that brings you this comfort, this small feel of wellbeing. This is what helps me going through everything, even these days, after all these years.

去年から病気の影響で学校に行けてない。友達には会えないし、やりたい事はできないし、勉強が追いついてないのにすぐそこに受験が迫ってて、寝る前にいつも不安になる。そのストレスで、自分を大切にしてくれてる家族に強く当たってしまったり、それを素直に謝れない自分が嫌になったりしてた事に気がついた。

Today is my birthday and I'm really isolated and alone but this video made me laugh, turning 17 like this is really not good
I remember this video came out when I was in a depressing state, and I was emotionally numb. Even went so far as hurting myself physically in hope to feel sth. I got recommended this video one time and I clicked on it just for fun, thinking “Well I haven’t felt anything for so long, let’s try listening to this”.
Idk why but I just cried after the first few seconds. Couple of years later, I got recommended this video again. But this time I only shed a tear for what I have overcome back then thanks to this video

@@wybbo4870 He doesn't know what they are going through. He only posted it to remind them that they arent alone. There are more to life then it seems. As he said everyone is forgetful of that. If they really need help that bad to where they need to talk about it they can go see a therapist. Or talk with thier parents about seeing one bc of how they feel. I know alot of people its hard for them to open up to thier parents but it only helps them to get better. No matter how many ways you put it this video was only a remind and not saying that it would help someone clearly out of depression. If you thought youtube videos that says 'helps with depression' then they are wrong. All those videos are just reminders of how great life really is. Personally I believe people think about the bad in life and that's not good. I know you didn't read this far through this whole reply bc people wanna judge before they understand. Again, if anyone is going through real depression they should get help, and not do anything about it. If they clearly looked at this video seeing it doesn't help they clearly they want help.
