As someone who moved to Paris from Asia last year, I LOVE your channel! It really helps and educates me on how to cook with these beautiful French ingredients
Hello. Thanks ☺️ Yes, I try to talk because it gives a bit more rhythm to the video and I finally got over the shyness of speaking on RUclips in a language that is not my native language. Have a nice evening ✨
I always save the turkey carcass from Thanksgiving and make a big pot of turkey stock...I like to make applesauce in my crockpot, using apple pie spice and brown sugar for the seasoning...
Since watching your videos, I have become aware of how much Endive I eat, as you seem to enjoy it a lot too! Really enjoy your videos, thank you for sharing :)
Always amazing food! So fresh, I really enjoy that you make your meals so beautiful. Thank you as always for sharing. They inspire me to eat better and less processed foods.
I enjoy your videos very much, thank you. Here in the UK, chicken wings are amazingly cheap, £1.65 will make a meal for two and then I keep the bones for stock. Makes me very pleased with myself when I can stretch food so far!
Thank you for sharing your tour…I miss France so much. The locals were some of the nicest people I’ve met. My ancestors are from Paris/Normandy, so we make similar dishes, but with a southern twist. That soup looked delicious ❤ XXKLD, SF, CA ☀️
Thanks 😊 I'm afraid I'm not very good and legit in this area unfortunately ;-) I can only say that since I have a very small apartment, I am careful to buy as few things as possible so as not to end up with clutter. So I have very little cooking equipment easy to manage. Have a nice day!
Great autumnal comforting dishes that you prepared. And thank you for the architecture you showed us and the history you told us about. For autumn/winter dishes i just chuck some meat in to a slow cooker/crock pot. Add some stock and then vegetables later. Even an idiot like me can manage that😅🙋♂️
I literally stayed 30 mins walk away from Hotel des Vosges, right next to the place des Vosges. So beautiful. Thanks for this great video. Really want to try to make veal stew French style. Thanks for the ideas.
Hello. Thank you for another excellent video. Love your music. I can never find carrots that large and n the US Everything is bagged. And the veal is a great buy at 2.7 €. I especially enjoy the sights of Paris that you show. Very comforting to me. I can’t find Comté here even in specialty cheese shops. Place des Vosges is special especially with its shops. I enjoy Cafe Hugo for a boiling bowl of soup l’onion, vin rouge and baguette. Thank you for posting. Joseph.
Hello. Thank you very much for your kind message! For the comte as it is a mountain cheese I think you can try to substitute with a Swiss cheese. They are often easier to find I noticed in some countries than French mountain cheeses. Have a nice evening ✨.
Forgot to answer for the veal. In France and in Italy we have a lot of recipes with veal. I assume it's the reason that some cuts like shoulder and tendon (the cut in the video) remain pretty affordable. I know that it's hard to find in other places. But you can substitute with other meats that are suitable for stews. Have a nice evening ✨
Thanks for this video. I like your food ideas very much. Personally I think Europe is lovelier in the autumn & winter. Best wishes from Sydney Australia
Your accent is fantastic, i am on a low calorie diet, i started to eat healhty and i enjoy your video, a few weeks i descorver the cheese brie its not that popular in our country but it so delicios, now i understand why french love cheese 😊❤
Hello. unfortunately no because my kitchen is exactly what you see on the screen and I only have a small low cabinet underneath to store all the pans and casseroles etc. Thanks for watching ☺️ have a nice day.
Hello no in general I don't buy when it's not in season and in fact I was surprised myself to find this beautiful lettuce in store. I assume it's because we have a very warm fall or maybe it's not grown in the ground. In Fall we have more chicory or endives type of salads but rarely lettuce as they grow in summer. Of course, at the supermarket you can always find some "fake" lettuce grown indoor such as Iceberg but rarely real lettuce. Thanks for watching ☺️
Hello it would be useless because I don't plan to film. It's in the moment. I like what I see and I take out my phone. So I would never think of bringing this camera whereas I always have my phone with me. Thanks for watching. Have a nice day ☺️
Delicious food and a beautiful city! You have a very nice and healthy lifestyle.
Thanks 🙏

@ great advice. Thanks for sharing.
Trader Joe's carries Comte as does Costco sometimes. Both places carry the raw cheese.

Amazing videos, I enjoy your channel and videos, but could you buy a bigger pots 😁? It’s really thrilling to watch if it’s going to spill or not😂

@@easyfrenchdiet never mind, you are doing great. I’m preparing my food approximately the same way.
Do you buy lettuce in all seasons? Are you able to get it in France during the winter months? Thank you 🙏👍
