This video reminds me of my nani maa... maternal grandmother...who once used to make it in city only ..used to say with curd malai..the butter that's come out is healthy ..she used to get up at 4 am to churn it by hand 👏👏..n sound of her bangles tinkiling agaist each other..was a indication that we can have butter n buttermilk and curry today 🥰🥰..nani maa is now a Parkinson's patient 😭😭😭..bed ridden. Dependant on nurse n maids ..feel sad for her couldn't visit her due to corona n lockdown for a year..she saw my wedding online.. didn't forced her in a gathering as nana n nani ji had more chance of infection..😔😔 but she was happy that both of her beloved grand daughter got married 🥰🥰 she was positive in view saying lockdown k baad ladkon wale k pta nhi chalta ho gyi shadi aacha hua 😅😅😅😅🙏🙏🙏..this method of making ghee is much healthy .than what the youtuber show ..direct boiling malai.. 🙏

Why we need to add Butter milk and Rock Salt. What's the reason. And for storing the malai how do you Store on daily basis. Dont we get bad smell if we go on storing malai in fridge for a month.

My grandma used to add Moringa leaf in the ghee when it starts to turn into golden color to enhance the smell
That is not moringa leaf. Drumstick leaf is the correct name
