      Don't worry she is going to be paying someone else to do her house work, because lets face it if she has time to complain and make stupid vids she is not a part of the working class people that are trying to support their families in any way they can (men and women). These are the same kind of people that go out of their way to divide and destroy strong healthy families to leave them isolated, desolate, and vulnerable all the while making themselves wealthy and living the complete opposite lifestyle. They are so out of touch with reality for normal people, Sickening.

    Two take-aways I've got from relationships in the past:
    1. When a woman says she spent X hours doing a chore, the goal was to claim those hours as leverage rather than to finish the task quickly and efficiently. A guy would do the task much faster, because he's never going to get any credit for it and just wants to be done with it.
    2. The vast majority of "housework" isn't actually necessary. It is the woman's preference, but she'll claim it as a community project so that she can guilt him into participating. Then, of course, she'll also claim to be solely responsible for "his" high quality of life.
    Ladies, have you seen how a guy lives when he's a true bachelor? 1 chair, 1 towel, a TV, minimal kitchen, minimal bathroom... this is fine for us. Maybe you want things nicer, and that's fine. But you're not making OUR lives better... at all. You're making your own life better, and we don't owe you anything for it. In fact, you're taking space and simplicity away from us, so maybe have a little fucking consideration before you make changes.

    Housework is overrated. Just do as little as possible to keep the place fairly hygienic and functional.
    My Grandma made Housework her entire field of activity. Grandpa, who worked in a Steel Mill, was responsible for cutting Grass and Hedges, Snow Removal, anything requiring heavy Lifting, and basic Plumbing and Electricity.

      Additionally, men are typically far less messy than women. My standard go-to is when I worked as a janitor at a major retailer; the absolutely most disgusting thing to clean was the female employees restroom. With guys the worst you had to do was unclog a toilet and mop up the pee around the urinals; women routinely spray shit all over the walls and ceiling.

    Housework nowadays has been completely warped into having a home looking like a doctor’s clinic. It’s unsustainable and causes lots of unnecessary stress. Who set this impossible standard? Women, of course. Our mothers and grandmothers weren’t as anal about cleaning and tidying as modern women are. Anyone who grew up in a house before the 2000s will remember how cluttered a home was with collections and glass displays of Knick knacks taking up all the space. Now, if the space isn’t show house ready, the goblins in the woman’s head start to throw tantrums.

    Another thing to point out is that mothers spending more time with the children is constantly used by feminists to show how men have it easier in their household. When in reality, this usually indicates the time with their children that men have to sacrifice in order to provide for them.
    I doubt any parent who ever decided to have children would be loathed to spend time with them even if it requires patience and work. But feminists have consistently framed this as a burden instead of a privilege

      I probably go to more events with my daughter than my wife does because of her odd hours as a personal trainer. I see just as many dads these days as I see moms. They are dads, like me, that rush home in traffic to pick up our kids and then take them to a sport, or go to some school event or just take them to the park. Additionally, and i know this is anecdotal. The men I see are usually more invested, while most moms are deep in their phones.

    • @grisflyt
      @grisflyt 4 месяца назад

      Really? I'm not saying motherhood is this big chore, but it is taxing. Having children is a huge sacrifice. If you have children, you don't work 9 to 5. You work 9 to 9. 5 days a week.
      You tell me about the privilege of being sleep deprived for 10-18 years. But I guess this is a privilege for women. My guess is that you are 17-19 yo typing this is your parents home.

    • @kyuubimadara
      @kyuubimadara 4 месяца назад +1

       @grisflyt I think you ignored the part that I said that taking care of children requires patience and work. When I say it is a privilege, that in no way implies that it does not require work. I'm saying it is a privilege because if you're a parent, you would rather spend time with your children than spend time at work. Because you already made a decision to have kids, that implies you want this time with your children. The set up where the father sacrifices time with their children in order to provide for his family is to the advantage of the mother.
      And fair enough, being sleep deprived because you have to wake up to a crying child is a hassle. But one, that is no way a responsibility exclusive to the mother. That is a shared responsibility by both parents. And two, there is no way that exists for 10-18 years, at most that is three years. After that the mother's household duties actually starts to lessen with the child being taken care of in school and even having them even do some of the chores to ease her burden.

    all I can say is this; it takes my wife 3 days to do laundry, but it takes me 3 hours to do the same laundry. She will need all day to clean the kitchen--a chore I can knock out in less than an hour. If you ask her, the time watching tv is, in her mind, part of the time taken. We've been married 27 years, so it's a whatever to me, but I do enjoy reminding her that if she would just do things instead of working 10 minutes and taking a 45 minute (or 8 hour) break, she would also find that the housework in our small home would take far less time. Then one should observe the time difference between how long it takes a man to start his car and roll out of his parking space (generally five seconds or less) as compared to a woman, who on average takes several minutes of pointless fucking around. A ten minute run to the store takes a man ten minutes, for example.

    Maybe, just maybe, there are preferential differences between the sexes on how clean a house needs to be? Perhaps men and women prioritize things differently. Often I´ve heard the argument that women become burnt out from the stress of having to do both employment and housework and this is the man's fault because of the difference in hours spent on chores. In some of those cases, maybe the women could take after the men and prioritize recovery over unhealthy perfectionism?

When I was a teenager, and even younger, i had a lot of outdoor chores to do, including mowing the lawn, trimming the bushes, pulling the weeds, ect...I have even helped my Dad with painting the house. I think minor repairs and upkeep can be performed by most people if they are given instructions on how to do.
      Another example was that my mother and I both assembled a bed frame together as well as a lawn mower. Another example was when my washer had stopped working. I called a technician but he could not fix it. Finally, my roommate's daughter offered to help. At first I was skeptical, but she actually fixed the washing machine and it has never had another issue since then.
