Hello Radhi. I checked the products you mentioned and loved these brands. My mum had such long hair and she used all natural products like gram flour, shikakai, soap nut. A tip she gave was to comb hair before washing and part hair into two sections from middle and wash each section at a time to avoid breakage and knots. It really work!

And when I meditate daily, when I am in peace and joy, suddenly my baby hair starts to pop up so fast! I am so certain about my emotional state right now and highly recommend everyone to invest 5-10 min daily into a morning meditation!

in 2020 Parabens were FINALLY Let off the hook! Parabens were always safe and the first line of preservatives for derms to recommend to their patients suffering from eczema..because Parabens are the gentlest safest preservatives out there. I am trained in skincare and run a channel to clear up the many myths that cloud decision making towards buying the best products. Hope this helps.

Hey there! Coming from a professional hairdresser. I actually did a lot of studying on silicone and it’s duty in hair products. It can actually be very beneficial to your hair for protection to damaged hair. However- you want to make sure you are washing your hair very good, and not overusing it. There also are different types of silicones! Some are actually water soluble. So not to say what you’re saying it wrong! I love all the amazing information you give. This videos are great!! But I definitely just wanted to let people know silicone is not BAD or harmful. If would be user error if it is. You just need to know your info on it!! 😊

The advice about sulfates and silicones is 100% accurate especially for curly hair. I started my naturally curly journey this year and I saw a huge difference. Before cutting them out, it's good to do a final sulfate wash to remove any pre-existing silicone buildup. Defo going to try those oils! Thank you so much for the video!

For almost all my life I washed and conditioned my hair daily. Until I realized a part of my head was almost bald. If I did not wash my hair 1 day, I will look like a wet chicken. It was one of the hardest change I made, not washing my hair often. Must be a year of transition for me, now I only wash once a week and I can even go longer. I don’t apply conditioner anymore. I used to blow dry so my hair looks full but not anymore. I blow dry when out of time to airdry. I apply baby powder when at times I get oily hair in between.

Hey, I was facing the similar issue, I tried onion juice on my hair for couple of days.. I see so much noticeable difference in my hair. Try doing it if you're okay with it and once the hairfall is in control then may be try oiling your hair!

this is so helpful. I know all the benefits of oiling being Indian myself but I hated oiling because of how the oil never seemed to wash off easily. Now because of you I will go back to oiling.Yay!!

Since watching this video I swapped my shampoo for a sulphate-free, natural and essential oil based shampoo, started washing my hair upside down, drying it off with a cotton t-shirt, and adding coconut oil as new addition to my routine too, and in a literal two weeks (NO EXAGGERATION) my hair IS CHANGED FOREVER!!!! Well, I don't know about forever, but I have not seen it looking this good for a solid 2 years now and I can't believe how quick the transformation was. I am putting it all down to this video (at the risk of sounding extreme!!) because before I changed my habits my hair was dull, lifeless and had lost all its curly ginger charm. My curls and shine are back WITHOUT yucky plastics!!! Thankyou so so so so much Radhi!!!!!!!!! You're an inspiration!!! So grateful!!! xxxxxxxxxxx

My curly hair routine: (thought it might help some of you guys😄)
    1. i wash my hair *once a week* or if i had to go outside for special occasions, 2 times a week.
    2. please note this: *NORMALIZE* applying oil to your hair. it's good for your hair and health. i *apply oil 2 days before* the day i take head shower (usually on Sunday's) or just apply the night before and let it *soak it.*
    3. and trust me, the next day when you take head shower, you'll hair curls will be more defined and soft.
    4. *The Most Crucial part for me: hair drying* i don't totally allow my hair to air dry. it gets frizzy. so aftee my hair is *half dried*, i apply non-sticky coconut oil/serum and braid it down tight. then later i comb it out (i have moderate curls) and tie it into a *tight* bin. you can skip this braiding and Combing part if you want curls.
*my curls look the best on the second day.. after my hair's natural oils do it's magic*
comment down your hair routine in short.. it might help others 😊

"The more natural the better." I disagree. Everyone's hair and scalp is different. I can go silicone-free, but sulfates are necessary. I have tried going sulfate-free several times, and each time I experience major hair loss. My scalp is prone to buildup, dandruff, and oil, so sulfates are necessary to keep everything in control. When I was sulfate-free my dandruff was extremely bad. My scalp was red and itchy 24/7, sometimes I would cry because I would be so uncomfortable. As said already, everyone is different, so please don't feel pressured to go sulfate or silicone free. Do what works for YOU.
PS. I have curly hair as well ✌
